      Sadly I was hoping to give a 5 star review, my experience with the company was great until it was time to cancel my policy. Cancellation took 30 days after written notice. Submitted on 2/3/2025 and it is now 4/1/2025 and I have still not recieved my refund check. After numerous calls & messages no one can find out where my check is going and if it is even being received by the bank to apply to the loan. *** had me wait 30 days for regular mail check which is somewhat understandable but not ideal, after that they will overnight a check, which they did but I am now going on two weeks with the bank never receiving the check. *** is a larger bank and validated all information regarding where the check should be sent, GS Administrators is unable to provide timely information regarding my check, whether it was truly sent from their 3rd party company (written off of ***** bank) and needing the images of the check for the bank to even to begin investigating (which is also "in progress"). At this time I am unsure when or even if I will get my refund check that is over $2500, since the bank is unable to locate the "sent" checks and information that GS administrators supplies is not enough since they need to get with their "third party" who actually sends the checks.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,Thank you for bringing Mr. ********* concerns to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and address his experience.Upon receiving Mr. ********* cancellation request on February 3, 2025, we processed the refund check and issued it to the address we had on file. When he informed us that the check had not been received, we promptly took action and overnighted a second check to the lockbox address provided.Throughout the process, our team maintained open communication with Mr. ********* providing updates and assisting in every way possible. He requested a tracking number for the check, and we explained that one was not available. To ensure a resolution, we took the extra step of directly contacting ******** with Mr. ******** on the line. During this conversation, it was confirmed that the lockbox information previously provided to him by ******** was incorrect. Once this was clarified, we worked together to ensure the correct details were in place.We understand that this process has been frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate Mr. ********* patience while we worked through the necessary steps to resolve the matter. Our goal is always to provide clear and timely resolutions, and we remain committed to assisting him until this matter is fully resolved.Please let us know if there are any further questions or if additional details are needed.

      Strange company. They have vague information and are difficult to reach. Currently on the phone with an associate to find out about the status of a claim from two weeks ago for a $218 repair. I've been connected to the call for 20 minutes and have been on hold for most of it. It is 2025 and this company apparently does not have the infrastructure to allow consumers to quickly check the status of anything for that matter. Or, they are purposely making it difficult to conduct any business because they are trying to discourage consumers from using their vehicle service contracts. I am still on hold and after 25 minutes and the first associate has not provided me the answer to my simple question: "What is the status of my claim?". This company is the administrator for my ****** Protect Vehicle Service Contract. I find it hard to believe that in a time where insurance companies are able to facilitate claims via phone apps from start to finish and provide real time updates through text message and email that this company is simply behind the times. This seems intentional. I have now been connected for 35 minutes and have not spoken to a person or received an answer to my question in the time I took to write this review. Buyer beware.

      I have bought a few warranties over the years and this is my second one from GS. They have covered everything that they should and have gone above and beyond every single time. This may also have to do with my dealership being amazing! A+, I am not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about.

      Horrible!! The worst warranty company. I paid $4000 for my warranty. My water pump and thermostat have started to leak and the repair is $2900. I have to pay $1700 of the repairs. I have called the warranty company and asked to speak with a manager and every time I am told they are busy but they will call back. I am still waiting to hear back from them. The water pump and thermostat are covered under my contract, but yet I am still having to pay more than the warranty company for my repair. I spoke to the repair facility and they have made it clear to me that the warranty company is doing everything they can to deny the claim. The phone calls are recorded and I have listened to them and it is very obvious that this warranty company does not want to pay for a covered repair. Do not buy by this warranty company for your vehicle because they will do everything they can to not cover the repair. I could have not bought this warranty company contract and been able to pay for the repair and have over $1000 left over. So again, buyers, beware and do not purchase this contracts warranty

      Weird I don’t see any good reviews, but I guess people usually don’t take the time to leave a review unless they are angry. So far we’ve had a good experience with the GSFS extended warranty we purchased with our used car. They sourced their own parts, which took a little longer because they initially sent a transmission for a AWD when it was for a FWD, but they fixed that and covered everything. I didn’t realize the warranty also included substitute transportation as a standard benefit, although we didn’t need it because the dealership graciously provided a loaner. Chad *

      I am incredibly ****** at this organization. I was sold a magical wheel warranty that is literally useless, tried to use it when a wheel was damaged,, I sent in my required documentation and get the fake "autoresponder" email as if anyone that pays for this garbage is really valued. Although the magical email that includes no human service states it will be taken care of in 15 days, I've yet to see anything. Listen GS Administrators... I see all of these horrendous reviews here and it seems it is a YOU problem and you've got plenty of manpower behind answering these. How about answering your CUSTOMERS directly before it escalates here, or better yet, try selling a non-**** product that you stand behind like the magical paperwork states.

We understand your concerns and strive to provide clear information about the terms of our contracts, including what is and isn’t covered. Unfortunately, in this instance, the nature of the repair fell outside the scope of the Tire & Wheel Service Contract you purchased. We’re sorry for any confusion and have included the contract language pertaining to the denial of your claim: “c) Limitations of Cosmetic Coverage: The Cosmetic Damage coverage of this Agreement does not include the replacement or remanufacturing of a damaged wheel. The Cosmetic Damage coverage only covers Cosmetic Damage that can be repaired utilizing current field repair processes. This Agreement does not cover the repair of nor provide reimbursement for the repair of Cosmetic Damage if the repair requires the application of additive material or the bending/straightening of the wheel.       It's been almost 2 months since I've heard anything from this company and they say that it takes 20 business days to receive. I have been trying to get this taken care of for almost 4 months at this point.

      ****** dealership practically destroyed my wheel but you guys won’t cover it! Had it sent there, too damaged to repair, not damaged enough to replace? With platinum wheel and tire? Don’t even want to imagine how poor the coverage is in the lower tiers…

      I just recently bout a vehicle and added an extended warranty from *********. First time using the warranty after about 32 days of having said vehicle, my experience with ********* hasn’t been pleasant. Considering that on one of the busiest service days at a dealership, they don’t have anyone working on a Saturday to take claim calls? Which I find annoying and beyond confused why they would not? So I can’t have my vehicle fixed because of this. So is this normal practice for SecureNet to inconvenience their customers??
