**************************** received forms from G Motors that ***** *** never presented to me that had my signature several times. The forms were withheld during the signing process and ***** (sales associate) did not include said forms in the copies I left the dealership with. Imran intentionally left out the vehicle history and sold me a vehicle with severe structural damage. He also misled me, explaining that I would be paying ******************* $2500 in interest, which turned out to actually be at least $7000. ***** has a bad reputation amongst customers for being manipulative, and not honoring his word.

Car is repossessed by the *********************************. Every form was signed by the customer and represented to him.

The customer is fully aware of every form we present to him . the car was sold back in 07/13/2023

Per the bank, they  repossessed the car because he was giving them hard time.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

Again, ***** made a copy of all the forms I signed, those forms were not included. The forms sent to the bank clearly show forgery. I wouldnt even be the first ******** ***** has done this to, and I have the evidence to show it. The car wasnt repossessed, as im currently driving it, and its only going back because I wrote the bank informing them I had no intention of paying over three times what the car is worth. Since yall obviously dont plan on taking accountability ill just proceed with filing a lawsuit along with the evidence ive compiled from the experience of other ********s. Imran lied about everything from the interest Id be paying on the vehicle to the condition of the vehicle itself.

I purchased a 2016 **** Expedition around 5 months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble since the very first day. I made numerous attempts to contact Gmotors to inform them that they sold me a faulty truck, but they completely ignored my emails. Every time I called, they just redirected me to email the service department. *** up with their lack of response, I took my truck to another mechanic who confirmed that Gmotors had sold me a defective vehicle. Now, I am stuck with a hefty $14,000 bill to replace the motor.******* ********

On July 22, I went to G motors to possibly purchase an Escalade I saw online . I provided the picture of ad which says ******. I saw the vehicle and looked good from the outside, I was not given the chance to test drive. It was starting to storm so I felt maybe that had something to do with it. Afterwards I went to financing to sign paperwork. I traded in my ******* Elantra for 1500 and 2500$ cash. As I drove home I almost got in an accident because the brakes would not stop the vehicle. Also the steering wheel started to shake randomly. When I got home I looked at my paperwork and noticed I was charged ****** instead of the ***** that was advertised. Also I was charged a 87$ unknowingly I found on my bank statement .The next day I took the vehicle to a mechanic , Ive enclosed the problems he found. I was sold a car with brakes down to 10% and almost 4,000$ worth of work needed to be done which I was told the car had all maintenance taken care of and was in pristine condition. I took the car back on the 23rd about ***** hours after I purchased it and I canceled the loan with *********** my lien holder in which they agreed to cancel. I was told by **** I had to wait 48 hrs to receive my car and down payment. It made no sense to me seeing it had not even been a full 24 hrs. 5 days later after constant back and forth I was told to come in and get my car. I was told I was charged a 10% fee of the car and only was given 1038$ out of my 2500. I was told I had to sign in order to receive my car in which I was without for 5 days without a way to get around. I signed because I needed my car and only given a partial of my down payment. I was very angry about getting lied to constantly and want justice

I purchased a 2019 ********** Jetta from G Motors on August ******* for $15,175.00. Since then *** had to make several repairs to the vehicle totaling over $2500 dollars. And now the mechanics at ********* ran a diagnostic on the vehicle. The engine needs to be replaced which is over $14,000 in repairs. I wish to have a refund for the vehicle as it is a lemon.

On, 2/15/24, I bought a 2010 ********** Lancer from G Motors at **********************************************************************. The vehicle price was $20,995.00 and I purchased an extended warranty for $3,495.00. I looked the car over and from an external point of view everything seemed ok. I asked did the car have any issues and was told NO. I used a loan financed through **** to purchase this car and G Motors told me that I couldn't take the car home upon completion of the sale. I was told I must wait until they receive the funds from ****. I called **** and they verified the loan had been fully funded. When I called G Motors, the finance manager told me he had to check with the accountant and didnt know when hed hear back from her. He asked me not to call again & kept disrespectfully referring to me as brother. On 02/19/24 (Federal holiday), the finance manager called & said they received the funds I could come pick the car up. I had to drive back from ******* to *******. Shortly after leaving G Motors the car started acting up, I stopped by Autozone in *******. They checked my battery and had to replace it. However, the car was still giving me trouble, so I took it to *****************************, where I was told the car had many issues but the most crucial one is it needed a new transmission. I was feeling uneasy about *******, so I came home to have a trusted local car shop look at it. I ended up having to have the car towed to Auto Euphoria. I attached the receipt showing what I paid for the ******************** of the needed work (transmission replacement for $20,206.98). Auto ******** contacted the extended warranty ************** said they wouldn't pay for the work because its a preexisting condition. They stated I needed to talk to G Motors. I contacted G Motors and was blown off again, they didnt offer to fix the problem and stated a refund wasnt possible. They also stated I couldnt cancel the service contract even though it states I can in my contract. Please help.

Purchased a used 2011 Audi A3 vehicle from dealership 3/13/2023. Title & registration have yet to be located 5 months later. Vehicle is also a lemon, as it was sold without proper maintenance or inspection protocols. Provable and documented by the new brakes that had to be installed the next day after purchase. Also as noted in a Google review two months after purchase the entire computer system was faulty/defective. Key fob never worked as I was told it was a dead battery however turns out it was the computer system. “Service” light is continuously on even after having vehicle serviced, again computer/electrical. Intermittent vehicle sensors/lights give false readings and then go away. Vehicle was unsafe from the moment it left their lot and at no point in time ran & drove as it should have.

On Friday August 11th, I had flown to Texas from Tennessee to pick up a truck, they told me that they would have it washed and ready when I got there, I had asked if it had any issues cause I have a 15 hour drive back with it, they said no, it’s all good to go, I get there, it rides rough, shaking real bad and I had asked about it and they said it’s just the lift kit on it, didn’t think much of it after that, went back after the test drive signed the papers and left, got to the interstate and it had a severe death wobble, scared me so bad, people around me were slamming on the breaks and afraid to pass me, the second time it did it I had a Good Samaritan follow me with his hazards till I got off the exit, got back and said I don’t want it, there is something major wrong and I feel unsafe and that I had still had 15 hours to go and this happened right away, they kept insisting that they make it right, they had switched out tires in the front cause they we so bad supposedly and didn’t balance them, they had spent several hours before that checking fluids and shag not, I said that I just want my check back and if I callus leave now that they could even keep the deposit, we’ll they didn’t and I had to catch a flight the next morning, they kept telling me we want you to be happy at the end of the day and I kept saying then I don’t want the truck, your ignorance of putting used tires on for one, not balancing the tires, putting the wrong size tires in the front of a 4wd vehicle which you should never do and failed to disclose that information almost had me killed!
