This loan was paid off through a trade to ******* over a year ago. After the trade, the loan servicer (First Investors) initially tried to hold the title from *******, saying the Pay off quote they provided to them, and I was more. After contact from ******* and myself, they released the title, and the loan was paid off. Initially, they still said I owed 200+ dollars and tried to obtain it. After an investigation, they apologized and said it was a mistake. They even sent a letter stating that (that I forwarded to Carvana) and have not been successful in obtaining a copy. The company that bought or now manages First Investors (Stellantis N.V.) has reported it on my credit as an open account (Reaffirmation of Debt). I have disputed this with all credit bureaus, but they refuse to remove it. I need this removed ASAP.Business Response

On October 1st 2024 I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and used the offer 0% financing through Stallantis financial services. I have yet to receive any paperwork or account number. I called Jeep Monday November 4th who transferred me to Chrysler financial services who stated based on the vechile *** they had no record of me or an account. I called the dealership I purchased the vechile from who advised the paperwork just went through and to wait another week. I have received a call yesterday and today from Stellantis which I was unable to answer as it was in the middle of my work day, no voicemail was left. I called the stellantis number that called me. I was transferred from the first ***** when I told him I did not have an account number and I do not provide my social security number over the phone. The second ***** advised they could not assist me unless I provided my social security number. I asked to speak to a manager as all companies have multiple ways to identify customer and would be willing to provide the last 4 digits of my SSN, the *** and other personal identifying info. The manager refused to take my call. I believe this business is intentionally creating an issue to gain late fees and change the APR. I am asking for the needed information so I can set up an account and make my monthly payment and demand if they assigned a late fee or changed my APR from 0% that it be reversed back. Stellantis called me again today but when I answered they hung up. I now have the "welcome package" which they state they sent via mail 10/16/2024 however after opening the document it states the first payment was due 10/30/2024. As I previously stated I have been trying to get this information which they refused to provide me without disclosing my SSN over the phone. I have created an account and made my payment however it states I am past due, please see pic attached. I want any late fees and any change in APR reversed.

there is a recall the battery can start a fire if you charge the car. i cannot garage it anymore or park it near other vehicles due to fire hazard. i cannot use the car for the purpose of charging it and never using gas as it a hybrid. i would like out of the lease for another full gas jeep.. there is no date as yet when this will be resolvedBusiness Response

On Sept. 23 I received two checks from Stellantis drawn on ** ***** Bank # ********** & ********** for a refund on my *************************** ********************** refused to cash the check. Went to a check chasing Agency and they also refused to cash the checks. Stellantis re-issued me two checks sent on Oct. 23 via ***** overnight . # ********** & **********. We have sent valid checks to the customer and his account has the following note from 11/13/2024: "Call from agent ****** *****. The customer in d me that he received two checks and attempted cash them, but was told that he needed to dep them instead. He would like to confirm whether checks are valid.He provided the check number and I confirmed that they are indeed good check and that they were sent on 10/23 via FedEx." Whether a company will "cash a check" for a consumer is based on that company's policy. If the checks are deposited, they will be honored.

On Sept. 21, 2024, Stellanis reposed my vehicle. I was behind 2 payments. I was paying $921.58 a month. I had to fraud cases with First ***************** and they sent that payment back to my account and I did not catch it. They first payment I missed was them at Stellanis. I just need some help with changing the loan. I had pay 19 payments without any problems. I asked them to get me with ************************** to finish payments.If I cannot get with them than I want my belongs that are in the vehicle. On 9/18/24 I reached out to my financial institution informing them of an hardship that Im currently experiencing that would not allow for me to make my October's payment on time, and asked for my payment to be deferred. I was informed that its not offered, but it states that it can be when I looked online and even googled. I mean ****, **, ********, ******* and even ******* has these options for their lessee customers!! Its 2024 there should be something in place especially with the currently layoffs with Stellantis ********, other companies, and even with COVID still on the rise, we are living in a crisis right now. so then I reached out via email to their compliance/complaint **** I think it is, & had been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to get back with me. I after emailing the person ************ for all this time, she got to someone in management I believe (I have the email trail) stating they would contact me. I was contacted & was told they do not extensions(which is not what I asked for) but they can move the date out and this would make me due for **** was sent an email stating that I would be due for novembers payment on 11/4/24, however the system still shows Im due for October. I have good credit and my payments are on time monthly within my grace ******* I need HELP, not a run around or anything else. My family is going through a rough ********** trying to stay afloat & keep my credit in good standing at the same time, I need a little help from my financial institution, how are you guys the ONLY ones that does not allow this? I have been leasing & buying ******** VEHICLES SINCE 2004, very loyal customer, but I could have went to ****, Im a co-signer for my daughter and we just had to do this for her because she was apart of the LAYOFFS WITH STELLANTIS. We purchased a 2024 ram in Feb. We were only offered to go through stellantis for financing. I set up automatic payment through my employer. I then received letters stating stellantis is a interest company, although making extra payments was fine they would still be charging interest. We decided to refine the loan through a bank. Upon the loan being paid off I was unable to cancel the auto payment in time, resulting in an overpayment. I contact stellantis several times about getting the overpayment returned. I received different information with every call. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor. I again received different info with different dates of when repayment was sent. Original date was july 31st, then August 3rd. I was also told I was entitled to repayment of gap insurance we purchased. It's alot of money to be returned to me. The last person I spoke with said both checks ( repayment and gap) was sent on August 20th and would take up to a month to receive. It's been 5wks now, still nothing. And now I'm not able to get any response from them.Business Response

Please provide documentation or instruction on where to find my full and accurate payment history. According to statements and payment history available from your online portal, these payments are not being reflected correctly. I have attached statements to show the 8/23 was not reflected as of the 9/15 statement. And please explain why multiple agents were unable to see these payments after multiple phone calls and emails. Im not understanding why I am unable to locate these payments without having to escalate my concerns through the BBB. Ive been asking for this information for weeks. I am obviously trying to get caught up on my payments by sending payments biweekly but if I am unable to accurately account that these payments are being received and applied by your portal or statements, its highly concerning. I have made a payment of $133.10 to pay the past due difference and should now be current until my 10/7 payment is due. Going forward, I will resume making biweekly payments of $200. Please verify where to see these payments as they are applied. Thank you.

I purchased a 2024 jeep from the local dealer (******** ****) in Raleigh North Carolina. I put roughly $40,000 down and financed the remaining balance with the dealers financial company Stellantis Financial Services. I made the first payment plus $1,000. Once that payment was made, the amount was paid in full by my bank. I was supposed to get a credit return check from Stellantis Financial Services for the amount I paid for my first payment. I called Stellantis Financial Services and they informed me that the check had been mailed to my address on August the 7th, but please allow 3 to 4 week. I called Stellantis Financial Services on September 7, which would’ve been four weeks, and they informed me that all they could tell me was the check was mailed. I asked him was a sent certified. Can I get a check number? Can I get the amount etc. and all he could tell me was the amount of the check and no check number. I asked could I speak to someone in accounting and that said no I cannot do that. They did not have a supervisor that could talk to. So I ask, is it possible to overnight the check and allow me to pay them, and the last thing he told me was he couldn’t get up with anybody in the office so he would send an email Monday morning to see if they can mail me the check certified or overnight. If they can’t, they’ll just cut another check. I said can I find out if they are going to send the overnight check, or cut another check and he said he did not know that I could call back sometime Monday afternoon and hopefully I will get in touch with the guy was talking to you because no one else would know. There are no notes under my account , so the people I’m speaking with are not very privy to what’s going on. I called the dealership and they said there was nothing they can do about it because this company is a huge company that does all the finance for Jeep Chrysler, etc. Any help you could give me will be grateful .Business Response
