    i want to say to everyone! not only file here, file with ******************* in *****, file with CFPB, FTC, lifetime purchase here and i am told they sent out disputes, no way to prove except for one letter i got back from one of the 3 saying it was wrong. the last year i have emailed and tried calling no reply. no longer on ******. all the promised money and **** lawsuit, which isn't listed with any current court docket online. ******* *** **** **** * *** ***** *** *** ********* ******* ***** ***** ** ******* **** ******** *** ****** ****** ***** ****** *** ****** **** ** *** ********** scam through and through. **** **** ********* *** ****** ** ** * **** ****** *** *** ****** ******* ***** ***** *** *** ***. funny part to me is he goes radio silent for 6-8 months to the masses but yet answered my CFPB complaint and said that i am of course wrong and that my file is now closed lol and i won't be part of any lawsuit which doesn't exist! just crazy to me. yes some credit things are my fault. i agree Mr ******* but that doesnt mean you *** get to act in bad faith. and steal from people and when you get called out you tell people they are out of luck its our fault? we paid for lifetime service so its your fault by *** providing as promised

    ‘If Only Zero Stars Were An Option’ ‘Credit Repair Services’ is their Business ‘category’ however, they provide such an inferior product that they offer clients an ‘opt-out’ option which refunds member fees. This happened to me and not only did they not perform any service, return my phone calls/emails, and even completely ghosted me on a phone appointment, but my $150 refund is floating somewhere in the Abyss ………..and it’s been over 6 mos. I’ve called and sent emails to Brian (the owner) on numerous occasions simply asking for status of my refund…………….absolutely no response what-so-ever! Feel free to email me to find out more about my experience before you make the leap with UFL at **************) Hopefully, the law of sowing and reaping remains at 1000%!! Sad, Gary

    I was a happy customer to start with and then they stopped answering the phone. I was told if I paid another $150 they would start working for me again. This was a lie. They took my money and have not done anything for me since that time. I emailed the owner Brian who sent me back a pissed off email swearing at me. I asked them to cancel the credit beast monthly credit monitoring charge of $29.95 and they will not reply back and continue to take money from me monthly. I fully expect Brian the owner will send me another angry email and threaten me in some way if I don't remove this review which is 100% the truth. Do not do business with this company. They are unethical, unprofessional and scammers. My good friend also has been scammed by them. They take your money and run.

    People can say what they want, but I signed up March of 23 and since then my scores are average 150 points higher in each bureau. Thank you for the service. Also it was said when everyone signed up that you have to put the work in as well; they are helping you put a life back together we screwed up. Thank you for the hard work and you are appreciated

    was sent an email stating there will be no new disputes sent out on may 3 2024 due to a class action lawsuit against the 3 credit giants. so i waited 60 days before attempting to call and or send a message. when i did call or send a message no calls or messages were ever returned. then when i called 2 weeks later i get a message that the got hit by a hurricane and were not able to answer calls or messages. But the current web page promotion states they are taking on new members. Then guy makes a TikTok about the lawsuit and how all this progress was made and he was in the same office that was supposedly destroyed by the storm and it looked exactly the same. this company is a straight scam. they offer all this help and swear they can help you get you credit back on track and all they did was provide false hope to a lot of people who spent money on memberships and credit monitoring and he has done nothing for them.

    This company was good 2 years ago now it’s scam sent emails and in app messages in June and July Multiple People didn’t hear anything so I decide to send Brian and email asking for update I told him I haven’t done any comments or anything just wanted and update he sent back NEWS FLASH, WE TOOK A DIRECT HIT FROM THE HURRICANE AND HAVE NOT HAD POWER IN 5 DAYS SO YOUR" HAVING BEEN POLITE" THREAT WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT SHUT DOWN IN SNAPO OF A FINGER SO PONDER THAT WHILE YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT BEING POLITE. I told him to shut it down and give me and my wife a refund since he can not do lifetime service anymore I probably won’t see my money or service

    I hired them to fix some negative marks on my credit. I paid for the life time dispute package. First red flag was the consultant was late for the appointment call by hours. After that, they want you to sign up for a monthly credit monitoring service, which they own, for $29.99 per month. They claim they sent out dispute letters. Consultants keep changing, nobody ever responds to emails or answers their phone calls. No changes to credit reports even after 7 months. Not one thing has been fixed. They are available to take your money then they ghost you. Total scam. You can see what kind off people you are dealing with with the way they respond to the people they have taken advantage of.

    Paid to help with credit and nothing has been done, impossible to get a hold of and when I did they come up with bogus lawsuit and told everyone they will not be disputing anymore die to it, then ghosted for lawsuit communication, yet they were so quick to respond to my Google review, this is scam company and one day someone would definitely get them sued.

    I hired this company about a year ago to help me improve my credit score. This company has called me every month with updates and told me what my steps are and the CEO Brian ****** has personally taken my calls and taken his time to help me with some issues and answered questions I have had. They have done exactly what they have said they would do and more. I can’t say enough good things about their service and recommend their services to anyone needing help improving their credit score.
