Not serving the community! Because I am self-employed and have never had a loan with them before (mind you, I have a checking, saving and credit card with the), I was flatly denied credit. What kind of circular BS is this? To add insult to injury they did a hard pull on my credit. I ask whether they are serving the community as a federal credit union. Unless you are an indentured servant to a corporation they want nothing to do with you! Go to a commercial bank - you will have much better luck. I am closing all my accounts with them after this stunning disrespect and admonishment that they don’t trust me. I have excellent credit, btw. Good riddance!

My son bought a truck with Greater Gulf Auto and I was the co buyer. The salesman said he needed to do a soft pull on my credit. After everything was done and I never signed paperwork or talk to anyone from Primeway credit union. Later I found out that there was a hard inquiry from the dealership and from Primeway which I gave no permission. Primeway did the contract all under my name and did not ask for references and my signatures and initials were forged. They still told me it was now my responsibility to pay the truck that i was the sole owner on the truck. They had fake emails and forged signatures and did not ask for references and had the wrong address and a wrong phone number. I don’t even live in Houston I live in South Texas. Anyone had an experience like this or does anyone know how this can be fix back to my son’s name?
