Filed a clam regarding property damage and oil leak onto our land that will eventually get into our well water. Agent ******* clams that the delivery drivers did not do the damages. We supplied pictures as well as the account of what happen. I even tried asking for a phone record of the visit. She determined that based off of a log provided by the delivery service showing they left in 8 mins of the delivery that they did not so what we are claiming. This would be easily debunked by the record of the phone call that had not been provided.Initial Complaint

I ordered a spa (hot tub) from Costco.com on 10/13/22. I received a shipping notification on 11/7 that the order was shipped and being handled by Ceva Logistics. I scheduled the original delivery date for 11/17/22 between 1pm-5pm EST. Tracking # is *********. I did not receive the order on 11/17, and called Ceva at 844-215-0640. They stated that the normal truck that delivers this route was unavailable so they transferred to a 3rd party delivery. They said we would receive the next day, 11/18/22 between 1pm-5pm. The order tracking still never showed out for delivery. I called multiple times on 11/18 to confirm it was indeed out for delivery, and received confirmation both times that it was. The order once again did not show up. I called back and was informed by Mark that the "order was unable to be located on the dock". He said that it was noted in the system by the time I called earlier in the afternoon and I should have been informed. At no point did I ever receive any updates without calling on my own. They said they sent a dock search request form to the warehouse in Charlotte, NC. I called the Charlotte location (704-697-3900) and an employee put me on hold while she looked around. She confirmed she did not locate the spa. It was scanned in their system in Charlotte on 11/15. I have no idea how they managed to lose a 600lb hot tub in the span of 3 days. At this point, I have lost thousands of dollars and I need a resolution immediately. Any quick Google search shows that this is a pattern of behavior from Ceva Logistics and I believe they are operating on a shady business model that scams consumers out of thousands of dollars.Initial Complaint

I have had two items in the last month fulfilled by this shipping company. On three seperate occasions they set up 4 hour delivery windows that required me to be home. Each time they did not show up and they did not contact me by any means. When trying to find a resolution I’d be on hold for hours without being able to contact anyone. I am a recent heart transplant recipient and due to their unresponsiveness I had to cancel and reschedule important transfusions and therapies. I had to arrange for other people like electricans and movers to be here for one of the products and Ceva did not show up or communicate. This happened on three seperate occasions.Initial Complaint

Ordered a package from ********* was to be shipped and delivered by CEVA Logistics and required a signature on delivery. Delivery was scheduled and the day came, no package or individual arrived at the address, this was documented by the fact we have a **** ******** ******. When checking the tracking status, it shows Delivered - 1******** ** ***** * ************ ****** *** ***** - Attempt. No person arrived at the delivery address at 15:24. We have attempted to call, and email CEVA to get an answer and was on hold for over 2 hrs two separate times never connecting to a customer service agent. The lack of response on a package that is valued at over $1500 is absolutely abhorrent. A claim has also been started with the company the purchase was made through in hopes they have better luck contacting this CEVA to make a claim on the seemingly lost or stolen package.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through *********.com for a five-piece table set for about $1,216.22. ********* delivered on their part and sent out the item to a smaller delivery company by the name of Ceva Logistics. On October 10, I got a robot call from Ceva Logistics to book a day for delivery. I picked to have it delivered on October 12, 2022, it was supposed to be delivered to my house from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. It did not arrive. Ceva Logistics states that someone must be home to sign. I called the number again and it was a robot asking when I would like it delivered. I picked October 14, 2022 and again it never showed up. Ive taken multiple days off of work to be sure I was home to sign for it. On Monday, October 24, 2022 I reached out to the company with this telephone number ************, and the person who answered said I must call their Boston Warehouse (Where my shipment was) To find out more information. I called them over 20 times, and someone would answer and hang up multiple times. Boston warehouse number: ************ With no luck in getting in contact with them I proceeded to do my own research. Under their reviews on ******, on their ******** posts and even *********. Hundred if not thousands of people are not receiving their items from this delivery company CEVA Logistics. CEVA logistics are holding onto items and not delivering them to people. I usually don't feel the need to complain or report such issues. Still, being dodged and unable to contact a company responsible for delivering a $1,216.66 table, it is most appropriate to alert the Better Business Beaure. This company has yet to try to resolve this problem. They are dodging phone calls and emails I have sent. It seems as if others are being left without answers as this company withholds expensive items at their warehouses.Initial Complaint
