  After several years of dealing with a divorce, I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Mary E. *****! Having to deal with such an emotional time in my life her and her staff were very warm and understanding. Helpful and always available to help. They got back with me in a timely manner.   I had a wonderful experience during what was one of the hardest times in my life. I felt Ramos Law Firm was supportive and attentive. They listened to and heard my needs.   My attorney was arrogant and unprepared. He would not listen to me and took everything that I said for granted. I would have questions/concerns for him and would be either "blown off" or told not to worry about it, and now have been told by independent council that critical parts of my divorce settlement were so poorly written as to be practically unenforceable. Going into my divorce, I told my attorney that my ex was not a reasonable person and that she would go to great lengths to make everything difficult. I was told repeatedly that he had been doing this a long time and had seen it all, yet he would continually act with surprise when she acted exactly as I told him she would. I asked specific questions about her retirement plan and was told that it was not of material consequence only to be told by the mediator IN MEDIATION that her retirement plan was a very rich plan. His lack of preparation cost me thousands of dollars in fees and in the final settlement. The paralegal that I worked with was excellent, but by the end of my divorce, I felt like I was fighting my ex's lawyer and my lawyer.
  Would DEFINITELY not recommend!!
