      I am writing to file a complaint against Hudson Energy regarding their broker and the handling of my energy contract.On July 1, 2024, I received a contract in the mail from Hudson Energy. This contract was facilitated by a broker provided by Hudson Energy. The broker only discussed the price with me and did not explain the length of the contract. I was tricked into signing a 60-month contract under the promise that if the price dropped within 30 days, the broker would match it.The price did indeed drop, and I have attempted to contact the broker multiple times since then. Despite my numerous calls and texts starting from July 1, 2024, the broker has gone silent and has not returned any of my messages. I also contacted Hudson Energy on multiple occasions. Their agents informed me that they had sent multiple emails to the broker, but there has been no response.The timeline of my attempts to resolve this issue is as follows:July 1, 2024: Received the contract and made the first contact with the broker after noticing the price drop.July 4, 2024: Contacted Hudson Energy to get an explanation from the broker, but nothing changed.July 10, 2024: Made multiple calls and sent texts to the broker, still no response.I am requesting that the broker either cancels the contract or matches the lower cost as promised. The rate information was sent to the broker on July 1, 2024.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,**** ****** Hi-tech ***********

      we have not been receiving any statements from our energy service provider hudson energy for the past 3-4 month. they always call us to collect on past due balance via phone. we have notified them more than 3 times that we are not getting the monthly statement but yet we do receive a disconnect notice via mail. we have talked to local postal office concerning this matter they have assured us they have been on the look out for any billing pertaining to our address. it looks like hudson energy is not sending a monthly statement on purpose in order to collect on the late fee charges. since we are receiving a disconnect notice letter from them why would we not receive the actual monthly statement on time. how many other accounts could they be doing this as well and collect those 20 dll fee. 20 dlls added up will become a good monthly revenue.please look into this matter as it looks like a bad business practice.
