    Douglas ********  This company deserves a 5 STAR rating! I am a homeowner. I needed a gate so I did much research on the various gate and fence suppliers. I read all the reviews that I could stand to read. There seems to be a common thread and that is that many people either do not hear what they do not want to hear or they cannot grasp what is happening in this labor market. And it turns out most deal with the same manufacturer. I dealt with Ronny at GreatFence.com and from the beginning I could tell he was honest and wanted my business. He was prompt in calling me back or answering my E-mails. He was honest about the delivery time(12 to 14 weeks) and while that was not what I wanted to hear, I heard it and it was delivered on time. No damage and all the parts and pieces were there. It was built to my specifications. I even spoke with a lady in the customer service department and she was most helpful and prompt in her callbacks and with getting messages conveyed to the proper people. I would trust these people again with no questions asked. Price? They were comparable with most competitors. Sometimes, in my opinion, to pay a little more and deal with this caliber company is worth it! My gate is now installed and very happy with GreatFence.com, Inc.

    Working with this company has been nothing but a pain in the you know what. To start things off I received a gate damaged. When I called great fence, Sharon tells me I could probably break the weld of the bent rod and they could send me a new one if I want to fix it myself. Oh and they don't put any packing material in they box. I shouldn't have to be fixing it. After I inform her I want a new one she tells me I or they, will have to file a claim with ups. So I filed the claim, three weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call great fence and again Sharon tells me ups will refund me my money. But that's not how it works. Ups refunds the shipper. I tell her this over and over again what ups is telling me and have gotten no where. In the mean time, I received 4 post that don't fit my panel. I should also add all 4 post are scratched, again no packing material. I've spent nearly 10k on two different orders. So I'm waiting to see how bad things turn out on the second order. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

    Mr. Welch filed his own claim with *** on his own accord. We can't file a claim if the customer files their own claim. HIs claim number is: *********  We never told him to do this. Mr. Welch did this on his own accord. Having done so, the refund will be coming from ***.
