This company is very fraudulent. I was sold a defective furniture a living room sectional and ottoman to be specific. At time of delivery the leather sectional was stained and torn and in certain areas. As at time I purchased sale rep told me there was a price drop and it was on sale never mentioned sectional was defective. I paid in full with delivery when it was delivered I noticed the rip to leather and all the stains which I complained to the delivery persons, documented it on their delivery form and I also took pictures on my phone and told them I wanted a replacement or my money back. This has been seen March and they have refused to acknowledge my emails and I have also been to store to ask for a refund a replacement but the sales guy that sold furniture keeps telling him that he cannot do anything that sales is final. I also purchased a bedroom furniture that was also paid in full in March and it was suppose to have been delivered to me in 2 weeks after purchase but got a call from the store saying that the ********* ******** on the head board of the bed was bad that they will need to order another bed to me and that I will receive it in 1st week of May. As I write this I have not received my bedroom furniture. I have written several emails gotten no reply. This company should be shut down because they are scamming customers.

I followed this company on **. I reached out to make a purchase. Each time I received a text message, it was from a diff sale rep. The furniture was being purchased by my husband, but I was the only one communicating with them. I spoke to “Chris.” I felt like he was trying to fast talk me. Nothing was in stock and everything had to ship from “NY.” Initially I was told that I’d receive my delivery the next day (New Orleans) so when I didn’t get a confirmation call that evening, I began calling. I left multiple messages Fri/Sat morning. Sat night I received a call from a diff rep asking if chose pick up bc my husband’s card wasn’t charged the $250 delivery fee. He asked if I’d made the payment using ***** or *******, which instantly seemed fishy. He then began to pressure me into giving him my husband’s phone#/email so they could “complete the sale.” (When we applied, I provided my contact info). However, when I started asking more questions it became apparent that something was sketchy. I then asked for Chris and told him I wanted to cancel the entire order. At this point, we’d only paid $49 upon completion of application. Chris blatantly told me that I could NOT cancel my order and proceeded to ask (multiple xs) for my husband’s info. Eventually I disconnected the call but they proceeded to repeatedly text me, almost begging for his info. I had to threaten to contact law enforcement and file harassment charges if the calls/texts didn’t cease. And yes, I still received another message Approx. 45 min later from a completely different rep. I informed him that my husband would not like to make any purchases and that they do not have consent to use his card! His response: well let’s get you signed up instead. This place is a SCAM!!!! They may in fact have a store front location, but it’s obvious to me that I never would’ve received any furniture. They were entirely too adamant about obtaining my husband’s information. Diamond Furniture is run by a bunch of scammers!!!

Good afternoon, I'm a new resident in Houston TX. I'm a travel nurse that traveled to houston last year and feel in love with the area so I decided to buy a house and make houston my new home. As a travel nurse I have been working in the state of Louisiana for the past 8 months to help some of the hospitals cover their floors with nurses. In between work I travel back home to houston to check on my house. Furnishing the house is very important to me which is how I came in contact with the furniture store Diamond Modern Furniture. I found the furniture store originally on social media (instagram) and started following them. As time went on I found a few furniture items on the instagram page Diamond Modern Furniture uses to promote the furniture items they have. One of the days I had taken off from work I decide to stop by the furniture store to see if it was possible to make a purchase on the desired items. The floor representative greeted me at the door and showed me just desired items I was hoping to purchase. After deciding on the few items I was ready to make a purchase with the furniture store. At the time of deciding to make a purchase the floor representative had informed me that the company did not have a card machine. The floor rep. stated " The company is excepting cash app and zelle right now." The floor representative had assured me that with a zelle and cash app payment they will order the items and the items would be delivered between two-three weeks from the date ordered. The floor rep also said that the card machine wouldn't be ready for another week. After being promised they would go ahead and order the items I agreed to cash app and zelle the payment being asked for at the time in hopes that next week I would be contacted to complete the purchase once a card machine was available for me to do so. The day of this purchase was May 11th 2022. Since the date of May 11th I have been ignored via text, email, and phone calls. The only way for me to get an
