    Info given on financing furniture was higher than I was told. Then I was told by Marco **** employee that I could call the finance company and change my payment plan. That wasn’t the case. So, I decided to just cancel the purchase all on same day. Marco told me he canceled my order & that the finance company would take a couple of days and reimburse me. This was over a week ago. I have continued to try to contact the store and the finance company due to not hearing anything about the status of the situation. The finance company is telling me that the store hasn’t responded to their emails to confirm the cancellation. The store is telling me they spoke with the financial company twice. Someone is lying. Now this finance company is still trying to collect payment for sofas that I don’t have nor did I purchase! Bad business.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this sofa was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. Comfort: When I first sat on it, it seemed comfortable, but after a few days, it became clear that it was far from supportive. The cushions have already started to sag, and it's not the plush experience I was expecting. It's uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods, and the lack of support is causing back pain. Durability: The fabric began to show signs of wear and tear much sooner than anticipated. There are visible scratches and fading, even though we’ve been careful to avoid rough treatment. For the price, I expected better quality materials that would hold up over time. Assembly: Putting it together was a nightmare. Several parts didn’t fit properly. After struggling for hours, we ended up with a sofa that’s not entirely stable. It wobbles and feels flimsy, which is concerning given how little use it’s had. Customer Service: Reaching out to customer service was another ordeal. Their response was slow, and they were unhelpful in addressing the issues with the sofa. I was given vague instructions on how to fix the problems myself, which was not what I expected for such an expensive piece of furniture. Overall, this sofa has been a major disappointment. It doesn’t live up to the promises made in the product description and is certainly not worth the investment. I regret my purchase and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable and comfortable option.

    Disappointing experience with furniture store: Refusal to refund without prior notice My experience with the furniture store has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I recently made a purchase at your store without knowing that it was a final sale and that returns were not accepted. At no time was I informed about this policy nor was I asked to sign any document indicating these conditions. After realizing that the furniture did not meet my expectations or needs, I contacted manager Marcos to request a refund and reach an agreement. However, I was met with a wall of resistance from the manager, who unfortunately was unable or unwilling to help me. He claimed that he had no direct contact with the warehouse owner and that he did not have the authority to resolve my situation. The lack of problem-solving skills and refusal to offer a satisfactory solution is deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expected a basic level of customer service and willingness to resolve a problem as common as a legitimate refund. It is unacceptable for a store to not clearly communicate its final sales policies prior to purchase, leaving customers at a disadvantage and feeling cheated.
