1 starIf I could give zero stars for their lack of delivering furniture and they say they’re going to. With several calls and confirmations we still do not have our mattress. Originally they delivered the wrong mattress and I cannot get my correct mattress delivered. Even scheduled a delivery between 8 PM and 11 PM on a week day. Waited till 1130 and no response. 1 starWorst decision I ever made. I ordered a bed a month ago and it’s still not here my salesman Gia could care less, I reached out to him and asked him what the status of my bed was. He told me he was on his day off and he would get back to me in the next three days when he went back to work.. I had to go back to the store my day off because I waited on a phone call for three days that I never got. I spoke to the manager who is friendly and hope to assist me to get a new bin. Something that was available and in stock, he told me it would be delivered the next day, I got a message saying they would deliver the following day. I contacted the delivery department because I was going to be at work, but my spouse was going to be at the house so I gave her my spouses information name and number to contact for the delivery service. This lazy birdbrain woman had one job either shes stupid, careless or just don’t give a **** to cause an inconvenience for the person delivering my bed and for myself as well …The delivery man called me six times back to back while I was at work of course I couldn’t answer. Long story short. I’m still waiting for my bed…. Ana should fire and replace her entire team because they clearly don’t care!!! Tiffany MReview fromniulvys g

1 starIt's a long story, but if you go to this store I recommend you read it. Exactly 1 year ago a friend recommended this store to me, we bought a black sofa set for 2500 dollars, after 8 months it broke, air bubbles formed and from there the vinyl broke, I went to the store 4 different times and the warranty did not even cover it, they told me that this happened because I did not buy original leather sofas, the only option they gave me was a discount on original leather sofas that are supposedly strong, the material does not break and they last for many years, I had to get into another debt of 3500 and watch out I have to continue paying even the ones that I already have broken, because they did not change them, they only gave me a credit for the breakage for another sofa set, on Wednesday September 4 at 10 pm the driver came by and left the boxes, they did not have time to assemble them and on Friday September 6 another driver came by to open the boxes and assemble everything, a total disaster, the new sofas that are supposedly original leather that do not peel with anything and last for years when the driver and his group of assistants opened the boxes that, mind you, were still sealed because I did not touch them at all,surprise all the pieces were peeled, very poor quality, the seams are about to break, the driver took photos of everything and I asked him to take the furniture since they are peeled and very poor quality, the driver could not take them because it was supposedly his 1st delivery and he did not have space in the truck, the general manager Fabricio if I remember correctly a super arrogant man who thinks he is the owner of the business who is more interested in the well-being of the business than customer satisfaction spoke to me and told me that I could not pick them up until Monday, and that he would exchange them for another set of sofas,Review fromCandace J

1 starBought a bedroom set for over $2,000 and yes it was delivered the next day as promised but the furniture was told to me upon purchased that it was “Ashley” all of the furniture is “Ashley” that’s a bold face lie!! It was delivered at 10:30p the quality of bed, dresser, night stand (payed for 2 only received 1) and chess are press wood, cheaply made and headboard rocks even when tightly assembled! I’m stuck with a cheap bedroom set that was paid in full that I absolutely despise and would rather sleep on the floor because they have a NO return, No exchange policy! 1 starPLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUPERNOVA!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I cancelled my order before it got shipped because they lied 3 times about delivery dates and never arrived the days they were supposed to come! After cancelling my order with the actual owner of SuperNova, it's been almost a month and they haven't refunded our money we paid in cash almost $1,300 nor the delivery fee! The owner acts like she cares but she doesn't, she claims her only bookkeeper for 4 or 5 showrooms is sick or makes another excuse as to why she hasn't refunded us our money!! The people in Operations are so rude, especially Cindy. I always either get hunged up on or they gaslight me for continuing to call to demand my refund. If we would have known they provided this type of service, I would have NEVER stood a foot at this place!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND NEVER SHOP AT SUPERNOVA!!Review fromAshley F

1 starOver $5k & less than 3yrs later, our king mattress completely sunk in, it started 2yrs after we purchased it & I had been trying to call for months about this. They've either picked up the phone & hung up or the voicemail is full. I was able to speak with someone last week that informed us our furniture w/a 10yr warranty does not include the mattress which is only 3yrs old (apparently the salesperson was incorrect), that is until they saw my account and changed the 3yr warranty to 1yr (since it was 2wks shy of 3yrs) ..for a mattress??? I don't even want to know their excuse for the sunken, broken couch which is rarely used.The owner was supposed to call us but hasn't yet (waiting a week now) and apparently nobody else is able to address these issues. Don't waste your money because all they do is take it and hide if you try to utilize their "warranty".Review fromMaria A

1 starDO NOT BUY AT SUPERNOVA FURNITURE. The furniture is over priced for the quality of furniture. The owner Ms *** tries to help but her husband is a very rude person that drains your energy. 4 livingroom sets and all had Flaws/defects. I do not recommend them. They purchase their furniture defective sales them full price, then after furniture gets delivered, they send their technician to repair "new furniture" they are thieves. They don't even deserve 1 star. They deserve "0" star but it would not let me leave a review. Cuidado con Supernova, piénselo bien antes de comprar sus muebles en Supernova. Yo tuve una muy mala experiencia con el trato que me dieron. También sus muebles tiene defectos. No se los recomiendo. Sus precios están demasiado altos para los la calidad que venden. El esposo de la Sra. Ana es muy malo, burlón y prepotente, el trato fue horrible. Si no quieren pasar con dolores de cabeza y ataques de ansiedad piénselo 2 veces antes de pisar una de las tiendas Supernova. 4 salas que me trajeron que tenía defectos, sus mismos empleados me dijeron que compran muebles defectuoso y los venden muy caros y cuando uno reclama ellos mandan a su técnico para que lo repare. 1 starRats and thieves. After reluctantly purchasing furniture there I was told that I could switch something out before I left the store. The salesman was a really positive and yes man when I was there but it eventually got to where I couldn't get a straight answer about taking off one of the items. I'm told I'll have to wait for the manager to get back into town, and that won't reflect on me waiting needing to cancel an item or anything on time so I'd be just fine and it worked out how it didn't work out. On a weekend you're not supposed to be open all of a sudden my steps loaded up and I can't take it back off and that's going to be a cancellation fee and I lost $1,200 from furniture I never received from this company long story short they're thieves and their rats at Supernova furniture. They're really good at being seized because I pay $1,200 for something I never looked at. They need to be shut down.Review fromTiffany P.

1 starWalked in to buy bed set was Racially profiled by the manager by the name of Julia not only did she profile she raised prices on the furniture. Then Proceeded to get black salesman by the name of Alan to assist us then Allen informed us of the prices and that’s when we found out she was price hiking based on race . We continued to talk to salesman and then she rudely Interrupted the conversation and began to yell at the salesman about the prices. Black Buyers beware !!
