      Today November 2nd 2023 I attempted to purchase gas with my Conoco card and was told that the purchase was denied. When I arrived and called customer service, I was told that my account was closed. There was no notice of this closure. There is no reason for this closure. Living in snow country as a senior citizen the closure of my card creates difficulties. My account has never been late in payments and in fact, I have had a 0 payment due for my account for sometime. I don't drive much and pay of the total balance each time a purchase is made, In fact, often before the payment due date. The customer service representative said that a letter would arrive and was sent on the 13 of this s month--did he mean October? Because today is the second. To date, no letter was received. The representative said that the reason was based on too many credit cards: I have less than average and none of these have been late in payments. The only reason, as far as I can assess is discriminatory. And i believe that if a review of this company's closure of accounts is made.

      Was at Phillips 66 Gas Station at 16675 Midland Drive In Shawnee KS and filled up my tank with gas for our 5 hour drive back home, withing 15 miles my truck started to stall and lose power. We just filled our tank with 72.71 dollars worth of bad gas. My truck is currently in the shop, took 7 hours for us to get home.

      This morning around 8am i walked in to the store do to me wanting to pump gas but its pay inside, i walked in and explained to him i wanted to fill my tank up he proceeded to tell how much i wanted to put i said i dont know i want to fill it up so i dont have a number since gas is crazy high i dont know how much it would take he started yelling at me telling to get the ******** and go find another store then, because he needs a number in order to put gas. He embarrassed me infront of customer he humiliated me. I have been trying to reach the manager all day no luck have called no answer.
