I was assured that they could make a logo for our office building. The request was simple: Make an artistic logo incorporating our building with the address. Mark said he would send about 30 different designs for us to select from. I thought it was excessive but fine - send 30 different designs. What we got was 8 different formats of the address that looked like a middle school kid put together on **********. None incorporated the building and half of the formats sent had the address of our building misspelled. Of the 8 different formats of letters, they sent it in multiple different colors. I told Mark that getting the same format in 100 different colors doesn't mean he's sending me 100 different "designs" and the "designs" that were sent have NOTHING to do with following the guidelines I wanted the logo to follow. None had incorporated the building. If you want to lose $1000 and get 100 variations of a ********** presentation, hire them. If you want to spend a fraction of that and have a real graphic design artist create a logo - go to ******. I posted the same guidelines on ****** - had an estimate provided to me for $450 and the guy delivered EXACTLY what I was asking for on the first try. Logo Houston was an absolute waste of time and waste of money.
