    A/C stopped cooling. Called Climate Control Solutions, Dino came out same day, diagnosed faulty coil. A/C up and cooling by next afternoon. Quick response. Will use again.

    Dino did a very good job for me. He came for service very late in the evening, and I appreciated the extra effort. He was prompt and professional in diagnosing the problem and replacing the failed part. I will definitely use Climate Control Solutions for all my A/C needs.

    We recently purchased a new AS heat pump system from Dino, and were pleased thru the whole process of estimate, final price agreement, installation, and his followup afterwards when I needed some assistance. His install crew was efficient, and took care to do a good job and leave our site clean. He represented AS very well, and would recommend highly you consider him seriously in your selection process..highly recommeded

    Dino with Climate control solutions came out the same day when my air conditioning went out and was courteous professional and quick to get us back up and running. Great company.

    This company was contacted by my home Warrenty. Dino came out to our home to look at the ac that had completely stopped working. He arrived I took him to the unit and explained what we had experienced. He took about 10minutes and told me that it was an electrical problem and he couldn’t do anything till we fixed that. He also requested that I have our electrician label the ac breakers so he knew which one belonged to the larger and smaller unit. When I called my husband who has a business in the community and asked about getting our electrician out, Dino asked if he was actually an electrician, which he is. The electrician came out and said there was nothing wrong and that it was the ac unit. We called a company the electrician recommended for AC and they came out. The compressor was the problem and the entire unit has to be replaced . The problem was that when my husband called and spoke with him about him not doing anything, he said things like, I was following him around. FYI if your a stranger in my home I have every right to “follow” you. I was also standing with my two month old in the same spot the entire time until he wanted to show me the breakers. Which by the way are clearly labeled, as well as me telling him the 2nd breaker was the one that tripped when the bigger unit started having problems. After leaving my home I realized it started getting warmer. Went outside and he had turned off the breaker to our upstairs unit and left it that way. When the electrician came out who has done work at our house recently he said that Dino took the panels off both units and didn’t bother to put all the screws back in. I’m not one to bother repair people or tell them how to do their jobs. Yet I have never felt more looked down upon or like an after thought when he left my home. My feelings were confirmed in the answers that he gave my husband when he called. If I, having no AC or electrical experience can figure out the breakers then he should at least been able to do
