I hired them as a professional plumbing company, they charged me $9500 for a sewer line and the plumber sent a completely different crew to do the work, plumber was never present while they worked and the people in the crew didn’t not even speak English, only Spanish and plumber did not speak Spanish - I know because the plumber told me himself after I text him that the crew had damaged a water line, and broke the internet cable during the digging. My mother and brother were witness of the damage and the crew accepted they did the damage. Plumber told me he has never used this crew before and that the crew would cover any damages, the crew not himself. I did not hire a random crew I hired ONECALL as a professional licensed plumber. They charged as licensed plumbers and have Mexican crew that if I knew they were doing that, I would hire a non licensed plumber for less than 1/2 the cost. ISSUES after the work was done, no internet for a few days and my family works from home, plumber had me hung that the $107 dlls that it cost to fix, from the crew, he did not take responsibility. The water pressure is lower after the job, he again sent the Mexican guy from that crew instead of him coming to check, the guy spoke to me and said he didn’t know why that was happening, to call the city! but as mentioned above they damage a water line and maybe it has to do with it.. and now we just realized there is a leak next to the sewage line with a pipe they moved to be able to install the new sewage, they did not replace that other tube, just pushed out of the way to install the other but now it is leaking.. and I call plumber and he said it wasn’t them.. he was not even there while the Mexican crew did the work I hired him to do .. after so much issues he said he can give me a “discount” to fix that leak … it’s unacceptable. I am attaching the texts between me an plumber about the issues.

The initial plumber on the scene 1st to resolve a simple clogged toilet was I'll equipped. He should have had, not only the snaking line he did have(and couldn't use correctly) but most all "professional plumbers" have a camera line and a sensor to track the line. He had neither. So he could not find my outside clean-out pipe. When trying to snake the hole under the 1 toilet he pulled and flooded our entire bath room w/sewer water, was unscessful. He then used my plunger instead, also unscessful. Then he walked through the whole house with sewer water on shoes applying it to our near brand new carpet. This part of his work was to cost $477.00 dollars, which we discussed verbally and I signed for to start the work, on his blank screen ph., odd. Now, with our house was left with the water cut off the rest of the weekend when he left. We had to seek out a hotel or friends to stay with, luckily, able to stay with friends. Before he left, he had a new quote for me to chew on and sign for on his black screen ph. He added another $677.50 to the $477.00 making the total now owed $1,360.50 because he said he'd have to get a helper to lift the heavy snake device into my attic, cut an appropriate pipe and snake from there, then repair new pipe opening. Plus he would have to fully construct me a new clean-out pipe in my yard. This all sounded like a whole lot of work, so $1,360.50 did not sound out of line. Then Monday comes around and his partners show up with the appropriate equipment ( camera and sensor that should have been on the 1st truck) they quickly found my clean-out, that was always there, fixed the clog, and we're on their way. No attic action, no cutting pipes, no fixing pipes, no constructing a clean out valve in the yard, nothing to support the additional $677.50 added to the initial cost of$477.00. They did take off $205.50 towards our necessary carpet cleaning the flood and contaminated shoe path of plumber. I am still out $472.00 dollars for unnecessary work.
