      I regretfully accepted a home from this company with no grass in the backyard, missing closet shelves, and no blinds. Big mistake!!! You will also deal with warranty issues because they don't honor it. They also have faulty foundation the homes are built on and a swampy backyard. Andy *********** rushed through the house tour and avoided my questions. They also had code violations that they refused to address.

      Thank you Legend Homes (Georgette) for being more concerned with making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. In Jan 2023, I made an offer on a new construction home. I watched and waited with great anticipation as the home was being built. Finally the day of the 1st walk through with the construction mgr (Waylon). Prior to the 1st walk thru, I had an inspection done by an ASHI certified home inspector. Numerous deficiencies were identified, some major, some minor. The minor issues were not a deal breaker as long as the major issues were addressed prior to closing at a minimum. During the walk through I began to ask how deficiencies would be repaired and when. Each time it was met with little to no concern and no definite answer on when or how the repair would be made. Some items were code violations, however they were just blown off or treated as tho they were not that serious. the walk through felt rushed because I was pointing out so many things. I decided to research Legend Homes and speak with other homeowners. I found some were having difficulty getting their concerns addressed, there would be back and forth between the contractor and Legend.in no instance, were the issues addressed before closing. Some were never able to use the warranty due to no response or delayed response. Most homeowners were happy with their homes but not with recurring issues that never got fixed. Some attempts to repair only made things worse. Buying a Legend Home means increased maintenance costs for the time you are in the home. The load panel had been recalled and the construction mgr was not even aware and could only say that it had passed the city’s inspection. He had no response when asked if that would be acceptable for his family. Thank you for being inconsiderate and unconcerned with my needs, my loss with you turned out to be a gain for my dream home. If you decide to go with Legend, please make sure your concerns are addressed BEFORE you close. Parkerville Meadows.
