    I notified in-home attendant service to terminate the service first week of April 2023 in both email and phone calls. I had also requested to give the remaining balance to my home caregiver as a token of appreciation. For the past 3 months, I have contacted them numerous times via emails and phone calls. I did talk to their supervisor Julia to check the remaining balance and request to send the check to my caregiver. Three weeks ago my caregiver was asking me the update of the bonus check. I talked to Julia again and she was surprised that nobody had returned my call. Finally Julia mentioned that she had requested the payroll specialist Alex to return my call the same day to give me the balance and arrange for the payment process. I called Alex afterward to give her my contact again. There was no reply from anyone another 2 weeks so I emailed both Julia and Alex that I would file a complaint via BBB if I don’t hear from them and have the check sent out. Well. I am filing a complaint now.
