    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Bizee. As a newcomer seeking assistance, I initially contacted their customer support to clarify the services I was supposed to receive. Unfortunately, they did not provide everything they had promised. Instead, I was informed that I would need to double pay for services and file for a new business to correct their mistakes. To add to my frustration, they refused to issue a refund for the services that were never rendered. Following this, I reported the issue to my bank as fraud, citing the lack of service provided; however, Bizee responded with false information to the bank. This situation feels like a money grab scheme designed to exploit customers. Despite paying for their services, all I received was a negative experience. I have reached out to Bizee multiple times to settle this matter, and each time I provided my order number, their agents recognized me as a previous victim. Their tone would change, and they would hang up on me. Bizee appears to be comfortable with taking advantage of customers who are in need of their services, particularly those who lack knowledge about the filing process. Their practices suggest a willingness to file not only legitimate services but also fraudulent and misleading information to protect their interests. I used ********* instead my experience with them has been much more positive. It is crucial for potential customers to be aware of these issues when considering Bizee for their business needs.

    This is the worst company ever. They will charge you even after your company is voided or dissolved. Getting away from IncFile, ****** or whatever they want to call themselves is horrendous. Once they get you to file with them they never want to let you go. They will keep charging you no matter what happens with your company. Do not give them your business. Everything is automatically charged. It is like signing up for a "free membership". Ha got ya. You will have to cancel credit cards, close bank accounts and move before you can stop paying these clowns. Horrible.

    It's a shady enterprise. They take your money and do not offer timeframes. To my knowledge is feels like a Laundering scheme and the FTC should look into this immediately. This company took my $124 to file a DBA and has a scheme in place to not provide status updates, thereby leaving the order in limbo, essentially taking the money.
