I went to Batiste Lawnmower Shop at the **** *** ** **** ** in Houston, Tx. I spoke to Vincent *******. I brought a brand new red Self Propelled Snapper lawn mover with additional attachments on it. I took it to the Batiste lawnmower because it would not start. I only used it twice because I also have a yardman that comes to mow my yard every two weeks. Mr. V. ******* told me it was the carburetor and it would cost $80.00 to fix it. Too high, but I wanted my lawnmower fixed. I agreed to pay Mr. V. ******* $80.00 to fix my lawnmower. Mr. Vincent ******* said he would call later that day once he fix my Snapper lawnmower. Mr. Vincent ******* never called me that evening. After the weekend past, a friend and myself went back to Mr. ******* to pick up my Red Self propelled Snapper lawnmower. My mower was not at his shop. Mr. ******* could not find my lawnmower. Mr. ******* said he would locate/find my lawnmower. He asked my friend and I to come back the next day. We did go back the next day. My lawnmower was not at Mr. ******* workplace. Mr. ******* kept giving us excurses. Mr. ******* kept telling us to come back. We went back for approximately a month. Mr. Vincent ******* never gave me back my lawnmower. He kept giving us the run a round. Wasting our time, gas, and energy. Mr. Vincent ******* asked me how much my lawnmower cost. I told him my lawnmower cist me right at $300.00. Mr. ******* agreed to pay me for my lawnmower. He offered me $100.00 that day. I did not accept $100.00 from Mr. ******* because it was not enough. A push mower cost $129.99. My friend and I went back to pick up my lawnmower. Still it was not at Mr. ******* lawn shop. Mr. V. ******* offered to give me one of his old mower without any additional attachments (example- grass mulcher, grass catcher, side grass discharge etc.). It was old and in bad condition. I would not recommend any one to trust or go to Batiste Lawnmower Shop at 4513 Reed Rd. Bad business
