Our office has been in contact with you with respect to your concerns and we cannot address each of your above concerns in this public forum due to attorney-client confidentiality rules as well as the confidentiality requirements as dictated by the relevant settlement program pertaining to the settlement at issue.

I utilized JLG as my attorney in a mass tort lawsuit. My settlement award has been distributed to them and I have yet to receive my funds. JLG claims that they have a hold on it pending bankruptcy court lien, there are no liens and it was confirmed through a system check. Where is my settlement money?

We cannot discuss the particulars of Mr. ******* case due to attorney-client confidentiality. However, Johnson Law Group has been in regular communication with Mr. Roost. Certain situations such as bankruptcy may delay distribution of a client funds in a small number of cases. A bankruptcy creates additional legal requirements that must be met before distributing a client’s settlement to them. Johnson Law Group is working with the settlement administrator to clear the impediment to distribution as quickly as possible. We have reached out to Mr. Roost about this review and offered to address his individual concerns.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. They are the law firm I am using for the 3M Combat earplug lawsuit, and I have no idea what is going on in the process. Every time you hear about other law firms sending out emails with updates, I have to reach out to them and have them give me the run around with ZERO information. On top of the lack of communication and updates, they are taking 49% of everyone’s settlement payouts. 49% of 6 billion dollars is absolutely ridiculous considering everything that was turned in to the courts was resourced from the people who are being represented and the max the judge allowed the law firms to take was 50% which is egregious in its own right.

Johnson Law Group provided Mr. ****** with regular email updates on the progress of his case. Further, on three different occasions this month, Mr. ****** was able to call in and speak to a member of our staff to get his questions answers. Before he posted this review, an attorney at our firm called him and answered his questions about the status of his case. To the greatest extent possible, Johnson Law Group keeps our clients advised about the progress of their cases. Johnson Law Group does not charge 49% attorney fees on 3M Combat Arms Earplug cases. Each claimant signs an individual Power of Attorney Contract to begin a claim and we adhere to each individual’s contracted terms and conditions.

Johnson Law Group was my firm for the ** ****** **** Earplug case & they were absolutely HORRIBLE. The was ZERO communication from them, every time I asked a question it was the same vague answer or they didn't have an answer. If they ever responded to any of my questions it wasn't done in a timely manner. The are getting half in not more than half my settlement for what? I submitted all my paperwork and I honestly believe they could have gotten me more but they are too lazy to do the work. I would NEVER recommend JLG to anyone. Go to **** & read there reviews there also. **** **** Law Group.

We cannot discuss the particulars of Mr. ******* case due to attorney-client confidentiality. However, Johnson Law Group has been in regular communication with Mr. *****. This includes numerous email conversations and telephone conversations with an attorney. We provided Mr. ***** with all available information about his case and did so in a forthright and honest manner. Litigation is an ongoing process and we have kept Mr. ***** informed about his specific case. Johnson Law Group’s fee is not “more than half” of a client’s settlement and Mr. ***** signed an individual Power of Attorney contract for Johnson Law Group to represent him. We are abiding by that signed contract. We continue to work with Mr. ***** on his case to pursue every available avenue for recovery. We have spoken to Mr. ***** about this review and have addressed his individual concerns.

I'm reading all these complaints Now I'm having second thoughts about using this firm.I need to contact my family Attorney right away I have already sent over all my information including my deceased Mom information for the Camp Lejeune and I've been told this was supposed to be a free case WE shouldn't be charged. I can't leave 5 stars because I'm on the fence now

Hi Ms. ******* – One of our representatives will be reaching out to you to discuss your concerns. As a general matter, any individual who has hired an attorney to represent them with respect to their Camp Lejeune case will be charged some sort of attorney fee as well as expenses unless the attorney is representing the individuals pro bono. The actual fees that will be charged on each of these cases remain an undecided issue in the litigation, as the government has proposed that certain set fees will be charged in line with the Federal Torts Claim Act. Our office will charge fees in line with what is decided in the litigation, or if an amendment is passed to the Camp Lejeune Justice Act regarding fees, we will charge what is in line with that amendment.

The worst law firm I’ve ever worked with. I’m in the 3M settlement case and signed my documents as requested only to find out they “didn’t have my service connected disability list with my name on it” so now my settlement is cut in half. No correspondence from them on what it was they needed. And that’s clearly because they only care about getting their piece of the pie. Do not do business with this firm if you value customer service and people that actually care. For them to treat veterans this way is disgusting to me.

7 years ago they told me it would be substantial. Fact is they will be super nice while stringing you along then take 40% then 0ther fees plus 3rd party fee’s, yes you have to pay insurance or Medicare back, then when you think it’s close to get your payment it’ll be extended even longer. In the end you may or may not get enough to buy a bottle of wine to smooth out your disappointment for 1 day. Don’t ever get a class action suit get a personal case by reputable lawyers. The only ones making money from your suffering is them. They don’t lie though.. Just crafty wording until it’s to late to hire a private professional lawyer. Talk to a private attorney first about a private case. You will also pay for each time they went to court instead of splitting cost with other suckers who they went there for also. These that post more than 1 star I assure you haven’t got the full details yet.

My Dad pasted away in 2017 from non Hodgkin's lymphoma and bladder cancer. Filed for Roundup class action before he died. Still waiting, very little communication other than sunshine up my skirt emails. Called me incessantly at the beginning for more paperwork, could I get medical records They collect there fees for that, why am I doing the work for nothing! Most recent sunshine email blamed delay on Medicare. My dad used VA hospital not Medicare. Wait some more and nothing happens. My brothers lawyer, also roundup claim, has already settled with him. Sick & tired of their run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY REASON. I'm thoroughly convinced we won't ever see dime one, it will all go to their fees.

One of our attorneys has already contacted you to address these concerns and answer any questions you may have about your settlement or case in general. These reviews mean nothing, been waiting I don't know how many years now 7-8 about the pradaxa case. It started out to be seemingly ok, was told I'd get something three yrs ago, then it's this lien process, then Medicare, then so many reasons to just keep knocking what little i was supposed to get down to nothing, legal fees plus travel expenses, plus any freaking expenses they can tack on. They took on a big drug company and got their *** kicked. I bleed from pradaxa and Johnson is reaping the rewards.
