The only reason I am leaving this review now is that their incompetent CS keeps emailing my elderly mother asking for a review after they denied a refund for these cheap boards they were marketing as toppers back on 12/23. I hope this saves someone from losing money and injuring their back or hips. Do not order from this company! They have terrible reviews for a reason. They are fraud, their products are horrible, and their customer service is awful. I wish I had done more research before ordering. The mattress toppers are hard and bulky. I got scammed and couldn't get even a partial refund. I can't even sell this terrible product on the FB marketplace. Save your back and hips. You would be better off sleeping on the floor or the street than ordering these toppers.

Allowing their body to fully appreciate the support and benefits. We see that you approached Dormeo well over 200 nights which we are unable to provide a refund at that stage. We provide all customers with our refund policy and are happy to answer any questions they may have. We also have very positive and appreciative feedback from our customers resulting in a 4.7 online rating and an A+ rating on BBB. We enjoyed a great experience with Dormeo from start to finish. The topper arrived promptly, was in excellent condition, with easy instructions to unpack and it was a perfect fit. As seniors however, we found it difficult to adjust to the added height, so we decided not to keep it. The Dormeo Customer Service walked us through our options, with absolutely efficient communications, and we were thus able to donate the topper to a local shelter. It went to a person(s) in need and it is in giving that one receives. A totally satisfying experience. I have never before dealt with a company that responded "the same day" to all my emails. The refund was posted in short order. Thanks to Dormeo for this avenue to help people in need. A wonderful thing.Review from Linda A

I donated my mattress topper to a family member. Working with CUSTOMER SERVICE to clear this Issue, was truly a refreshing experience to work with a company that has a commitment to the customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE was quick to respond to all of my emails and walk me through the process of the refund. I just completed the process today and my refund is already being posted. Just purchased a Dormeo queen size mattress topper. Delivered right on time, set up easy, and -after MONTHS of back and hip pain - slept great THAT VERY FIRST NIGHT . . . and have been ever since! I'm telling everyone I know with back pain that it is definitely worth a try! But, in addition to that, they have AMAZING customer service! I reached out a couple of times via their customer service email link and both times heard back almost immediately! Their responses both times were very courteous and friendly and, best of all, I received what I consider to be even over and above the help I requested. So, if you are having trouble sleeping because of back pain I would definitely give them a try!Review from John G

Great experience with customer service today. I became aware recently that my mattress topper had deformed. Checked warranty and it seemed to be covered. I contacted customer service with some basic information. I received a response within an hour. I was instructed to provide several photos, all reasonable. Again there was an almost immediate response only asking to provide current address and phone. I was pretty surprised at the speed this moved. Within an hour I was notified that the topper would be replaced. Expecting some sort of run around, The opposite occurred. This experience was easily the most efficient and satisfying warranty inquiry that I have ever had by far. I am 71 so been through this kind of inquiry multiple times. Great job Dormeo. Very impressed with the front line personnel that emailed with me today. Shortly we will be back having the kind of sleep we expect from the product. Thank you.Review from Barbara K

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and explained what I had done. They were very quick to respond and helped me get the correct size I needed. It was quite a surprise to deal with a company that was helpful and not difficult to solve my problem. I will definitely do business with them in the future.Review from Meredith W

I am on my second Dormeo bed and I can never use any other brand as they are the best. Great quality and longevity of each mattress and I highly recommend that you try this brand.
