    I opted out of using cintex aka airtalk wireless for phone services after purchasing a phone that not only took them 2 months to send and the phone was in usable at tht,they fraudenltly opted/signed me back up without my consent !

    I applied for a phone through cintex wireless and the application was pending due to a typo. So I contacted cintex wireless CSR about how to correct the application for a ******* S9 plus and a tablet. I was sent a general information email with a link supplied by the Cintex wireless CSR. Cintex immediately drafted $63.49 from my checking account. In the email exchange I was sent a link to reapply but the link was from airtalk wireless and I was told that they were affiliated with cintex so I applied again with the supplied link. I was approved through ******* and I was sent a different phone than the one I paid for and no tablet. I have appempted asking for a refund multiple times and was finally told that my cintex wireless application had expired and that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. I never recieved anything and when I tried contacting the same CSR about the refund he sent me a pdf saying it was cancelled and I need to contact my bank if I hadnt recieved a refund. Now the same guy is saying that they never took any money out of my account and attempting to tell me that they cancelled the transaction with the same pdf that was used to show I had paid cintex! I have repeatedly requested contact information for someone who could actually tell me why I haven't recieved the phone and tablet I paid for, nor a refund of the money's paid.

My tablet return was delivered to you on Friday, October 14th, 2022, here's the tracking number/status info, here: (My USPS Return Tracking Number: **********************). https:/**************************************tLabels=**************************************************************************************************************** . Your return policy on the website says returns can be made within 15 days for a full refund. You promised me twice that I would be guaranteed a full refund/cancel my order, through e-mail and phone, its been weeks, and I have received nothing, now I can't even contact them for weeks. My calls, e-mails, and lives were disregarded, ignored, and hung up on several times for weeks. The customer service is terrible, inhumane and lacks problems solving methods that does not identify observe resolve any customer's problem or anything. After a long runaround, I was therefore forced to file a PayPal chargeback dispute. PayPal did refund me back my money for the wrong item order, after they investigated the dispute in my favor. I am still awaiting for you to cancel my order on your end. Also, because of my order not being canceled yet, it disables me from purchasing the Samsung Tab S4 Tablet (with a 10.5 inch screen), under my online account. Please remove the old notice under my online account that states that I already received a Tablet, when trying to purchase a Tablet. Also, I noticed that once my return item was delivered to you (by USPS), and during the long run around I was given, that I no longer can see My Order History page under my online account. This page was viewable before then. Can you please fix this issue as well?

    I recently ordered free phone service from these guys and ignored the negative comments and reviews to give them a chance. When I went to the website, none of the phones that they advertise are available and they lied and advised me that it depends on availability and zip code which is not correct. They lead folks to their website just to get sales but never have the phones available. I settled for a Samsung Galaxy S7 when I wanted the S9. When the phone arrived; it had a defect on the home button that causing it to get stuck. There are also major scratches all over the screen. This is a pre-used Verizon phone that they packaged up and sent without checking it. When I emailed them about it, they took 2 days to respond, just to tell me to contact USPS since it's their fault. USPS did not send me a defective phone. Cintex wireless and should be accountable for sending folks defective phones. I expect for a replacement to be sent immediately and expedited. I am not using this damaged phone. Instead of them replacing my phone, they advised me that my pictures are not acceptable and to make a video of my unboxing it. How can I unbox it if I already said it was damaged which means the box was opened. Canned responses are unacceptable.

    I just want my voicemail password reset . My phone I originally got with Cintex broke and I had to buy a new one. Mind you I didn't buy a new phone from cintex. I had to buy from a phone store. But when I changed my phones my voicemail password does not work. I JUST NEED MY VOICEMAIL PASSWORD RESET. I don't understand why I had to file a complaint to do this.

    The company Airvoice wireless has charged twice for the same service on the same phone number x-6371. The payment card information is also stored on the new accounts below and cannot be deleted or updated. Attaching the image of transaction that appears on the Airvoice Wireless website. Could you please assign the issue to Airvoice Wireless 9920 Brooklet Drive Houston, TX 77099 Ph: 888-944-2355 Issue: The two new accounts below were opened and the account 7216461084 for phone # x-6371 (510-598-6371) was charged. This is in addition to the already existing monthly charges on the same phone number x-6371. New accounts: 7889730368 7216461084 Requesting to - delete these two new accounts and roll back the duplicate charge on account 7216461084 for the phone # x-6371 - keep the original account and payment plan on phone number x-6371 as is.

    So they had a promotion of a **** *** which I tried to purchase. After a month no email or any response at all about my order! I called customer service, they told me my order was just approved and it’s on back order! I called back a week later to see what was going on with my order they said I was being refunded my money because I didn’t qualify! It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t gotten my refund! I want my money but they need to be more professional and on the same page! I’ve gotten different answers and emails from different people! Then they only respond to certain emails because I’ve sent many! I ordered this in July and it’s September with no answers still

    This company sent me a replacement phone hooked under Assurance Wireless instead of Cintex and now only give me 2GB of data when before it was unlimited then they have the audacity to say they went above and beyond to satisfy me which is a massive lie. Stay away from this company.

    I am filing a complaint against Cintex Wireless for government funding fraud. The company has been using my personal information to receive federally funded credits to their company without my acknowledgment. When trying to speak with them on several occasions I am being hung up on and told they don’t know what I’m referring to. It was confirmed by the governments ACP program that Cintex indeed was receiving funds on my behalf although I do not have phone service with the company. Cintex was able to verify as well that during the months that they received funding that I didn’t have active phone service with them. I’m not comfortable with a company that is ran by people outside of the US using my name and social security number to receive fraudulent payments, I am now afraid of dealing with identity theft because this isn’t right and Cintex will not take any accountability for their actions!!!

    Ive had this service for a few months now and it it absolutely BAD calls drop ALL THE TIME. My new problem is i can use all my service BUT I CAN NOT RECEIVE CALLS OR MAKE THEM! and Cintex is doing NOTHING. im missing jobs and everything because they wont fix it!

     I ordered a tablet from Cintext , They charged my card 10.01 and they have not sent me anything. Not even so much as a tracking number. I have reached out to the business multiple times and they have ignored me. ALL I WANT IS THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME !!
