    This is a review for Dinex Dallas representative agent, Ernesto ****** who lacks professionalism. On March 31, I met with him to request information about being an authorized Dinex agency in my business. We met and I filled out a pre-qualification with him. Days later he contacts me to tell me that I was approved as an agency and that next week he would go to install the necessary equipment. After two weeks I have not had any news from him, apparently one of his clients told him not to give me the service because of personal interests between those two people. He is a person who did not show any professionalism in his work, affecting DInex's reputation.
