      This company moved us from our home and treated our property with carelessness and did not follow through on the criteria they proudly share on how they pack, wrap and handle household goods. After their service was complete, we contacted them countless of times to seek reimbursement for the many items damaged. Immediately they agreed our stuff wasn’t handled properly and they would send us a claims form. We never received it. Following that, we tried to contact them a number of times. They would never return our calls and finally when we got to talk with them, they became defensive and tried to deny our claims. We had photos to prove the damage. They finally agreed and sent us the claims form and we have not heard from them since, even after following up. It’s been over 2 months since we’ve heard back from them. We would like them to honor our claims and receive compensation for the items they damaged and mishandled in our move. Their customer service was very inconsistent and we were constantly tossed back and forth between a customer service agent and the “owner” but there was never consistency with their communication. Our property was mishandled, damaged and this company has not taken responsibility for this and it has affected our items.

      On July 22, 2021 the damage claim form was emailed to Mr. Walker, on August 20, 2021 we received an email from Mr. ****** with pictures of the damaged items along with a link describing each piece. We have 90 days from from when we received his written claim to settle, November 18, 2021 would be the final date to settle.  On May 17, 2021 they agreed we could not be responsible for any particle board, manufactured or like items if they become damaged during the move. We will pay the standard liability for the other 2 items. I will get this over to Accounts Payable with hopes to get this settled before the deadline.
