    My problem with this 2024 Volvo CX60 is it is a brand new $60,000 + car that has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem and Volvo will not give me a new car. As soon as I pick it up it keeps having the same problem. I have not been able to drive the car and I have had it for four months and it has been in the shop more than 90% of the time I have owned it. As soon as I get it back I have to turn around and bring it back to them to fix it. With a brand new car it should be reliable and free of any problems. I have been sold a lemon and clearly there is something wrong with it that they cannot fix.

    Lease ends in a week - trying to buy my car, end up at Bayway & am told I need a 36-point & state inspection. I also ask them to look at the heated seat bc it isn't warming. Mike from sales dept set up a time for me & told me a loaner would be ready. I arrive & no one knew I was coming. No loaner. One was found but I had to wait 1.5 hours. A diff Mike, Sales Manager, spoke to me about concerns I had & when talking a lady joined the convo bc she said her experience had been lacking. He was rude & argumentative, making excuses, etc. An apology would have sufficed. I receive a call the next day - they finished the inspect. but the heated seat needs more work. Man from service told me my car passed state inspect. but wanted to let me know tires are marginal. Also said breaks were "pulsing" & that can indicate needing new rotors but said its a preference, not safety issue. I've never felt a "pulsing," or anything else w/ the breaks nor have I had any instance of feeling like the car wasn't breaking well. I go pick up my car & heated seat is still not fixed - attributed to the fact another dealer tried working on it & created a ticket so it would need to go back to them. I know each dealer is independent but at the end of the day, they're all Volvo & one-in-the-same to the consumer. But ok. The bill is about $100 more than I was expecting so I ask to speak to Mike, who set up appt & quoted me the price. They did an oil change. When I asked why he says it needed it. I just had 1 & the Volvo advised maintenance is every 10k miles. He took it off the bill but when I asked why it was done, he had no explanation. I go to the TX site to renew registration & theres no record of inspect. I call dealer & they tell me actually it didn't pass bc of tires. I get new tires. I call back to see next steps & am told actually it didn't pass bc of emissions test. The THIRD answer I was given about status. No apology has been given. No solution has been offered.
