      There will be snow in the Sahara Desert in July before I ever deal with these people again. The whole experience was a mind blowing bad experience. The experience started with me searching the internet, my criteria matched the vehicle at this company, I called and the car was available, when I arrived to look at the vehicle I was told it was in the shop being prepared for sale after waiting for an unusually long time the salesman produced the car, cracked window and all, but the vehicle meet my specific needs. Then we started the finance process, I explained to the financial agent that I was pre-approved, but that didn’t seem to matter, he proceeded with financing of his own using a hard search for a creditor, delving my credit a huge negative blow, then he took the financing decision from my finance company with a different loan outcome. To top it off I explained that I am a veteran with special tax exemption, he refused to accept that and refused to fill out the form needed to apply for the exemption. Next was the delivery of the vehicle. After signing the paperwork it took 5 days of preparation work, then when I went to pick up the vehicle the salesman only had one key fob, when I got the car home and had a chance to give the vehicle a good examination there were large scratches on one door, the tail light, the bumper guard was damaged to the point of having to replaced total cost nearly $3500.00 and I still don’t have the key fob. If it wasn’t for the fact I need this car for the special need of the car. The deal would have never happened

      We had the worst experience at this facility. We had a blowout on our motor coach and had it towed to this shop which was highly recommended by the insurance company. It was supposed to take 5 months but, we finally picked it up yesterday 6/12/24 after nine months. The staff would not return our calls and always gave excuses but, had no follow through on their promises. When we picked it up it was filthly from the mechanics working inside and after being painted, they didn't wash the exterior and upon arriving home, we found that the interior work was not completed. Wall trim along with screws were all over the bedspread and a large tool was left in the coach. It was as if they dropped everything and left it. We went to slide the extentions to clean it and the slideout won't work so now we are going to have to have it fixed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The staff does not return calls and there has been so much turnover they everytime to call, you have to talk to someone new because everyone has been fired or quit. Would not recommed this facility!!!

      I can only praise the managers at the 45 and 1960 location. I went in to look at a 2021 Trialblazer. My 2020 Equinox was totaled by the insurance company and I needed to replace it. I preferred an Equinox but was willing to look at the Trailblazer because it fit my requirements. I ended up purchasing the vehicle but had terrible buyers remorse. When I called them about it, they were very gracious and said they would take it back and find me an Equinox. They did find one the same day. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Tank was especially helpful. The car I ended up with is 2021 Equinox Lt. Again, I can only thank them profusely for getting me a car that that am truly happy with. I highly recommend them. ******* **

      the warranty approved a new transmission for my escape, however I have been waiting since 11/2023 and it is now 02/2024 and they are still telling me they don't know when they can get a transmission. So they sale you a warranty for a vehicle they can not get parts for. They don't offer you a loaner vehicle, they just say we will let you know and wash their hands of it. I have no vehicle to get back and forth to work. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from DeMontrond and I am pretty sure I will never get another ford. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM DEMONTROND CLEVELAND TX

      Bad Experience. I have a WV Taos 2022 with only 22k miles, they offers Forever Warranty and I bought a extended “ Bumper to Bumper” warranty. Now, the breaks have to be replaced, warranty no covers that, so I have to pay $600 to fix that. I never in my life have replaced breaks before 40k miles. Well, I am not Happy because is a new car.

      I didn’t have the customer’s name yesterday when Jason and I talked about this deal. I was aware of the vehicle, just couldn’t connect a customer to it. The vehicle has 24k miles on it and needs rear brake pads and rotors. The left rear pad is metal to metal with no brake lining left. VW/Jason agreed to a 50/50 goodwill split with the customer and they are back now to have that completed. His reasoning was that the low mileage was enough to pay for ½ of the repair even though brakes are a maintenance/wear item and historically not covered under warranty.

      I'm having the worst time of my life with my vehicle in the shop at DeMontrond GMC on I-45 North with brake failure on my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali on Monday at 10:30 a.m. When I placed my vehicle in the shop, the service advisor didn't tell me anything about what was happening with my vehicle nor if the work was finished. He came to me 8 hours later to tell me that he had to call for an Uber to take us home because all loaner cars have a 25-name waitlist. The next day I called because no one was giving me any updates on my vehicle and he said that they had to order a part. The third day I called and was told that he had to order the Caliper for my vehicle out of Fort Worth Texas and it may be in tomorrow and would finished Thursday. I called again enquiring about my vehicle and he said that he would call me back at 3:30 p.m. to let me know the status because he had to call an Uber to pick us up and bring us to the Dealership to pick up my vehicle. He never called. I called and the service advisor said that it won't be finished today because, the Mechanic had to leave at 4 p.m. I asked if there was any other certified mechanic there that could finish the job and he said no. I advised him that my vehicle had been there since Monday for a Warranty Brake Job and it was taking 5 days. He told me that my vehicle has an electronic hidrotic brake system and it takes a long time to fix. I asked him to prioritize my vehicle's work to get it out because, my wife and I both have medical appointments in the morning. I know for a fact that this service advisor didn't give a Damn about me or my wife or our vehicle. I believe he has issues working with people of color and mistreating them because he appears not to be able to do his job properly. Customer Service should be number one but, here certain people are treated differently. I pray that Ms. DeMontrond gets an opportunity to read what we have been going through for 5 days. Service here is substandard for people of color.

      I talked with Mr **** and found that he was upset because the warranty did not pay for the new brake pads. I let him know that the amount of time the repair took, and the warranty coverage is not determined by the color of skin. I gave him my cell # and told him to call me if he needs anything.

      On my 2021 vw service was very slow, to much waiting time. And I order part for my car , never call me back to get the part. Terrible service.

      RUN AWAY!!!This place will ruin your life as long as they have your vehicle.If you enjoy rude receptionists, incompetent employees, and HORRIBLE logistics and no process then this is the place for you.They had my car OVER TWO MONTHS for some front end work that should have taken MAYBE 2 or 3 weeks. It's tragic how pathetic this business is run. ****** - the "Manager" or whatever of my car must not know how to use a phone given how hard it was to speak to him... That or he travels to other galaxies for work and is unreachable during those times.***** (I think that was her name?) Is honestly useless and to add to it rude. I honestly don't understand her existence at this business given she serves like zero purpose.I just got my car back and given how bad the experience was I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop that they also put my car together like c*** too as I'm reading on other reviews.I don't know that I've ever "Hated" an entity other than the government (who doesn't?) But man my feelings for them run very deep and very negative.Please save yourself trouble (and money... they are CROOKS) and go somewhere else... literally anywhere else .. anyone with a tool box would be better really.

      Avoid purchasing a new car from DeMontrond Kia. They are tackng on a ton of fees well over MSRP and calling it all sorts of crap. You should never purchase a car over MSRP and there are many other dealers willing to. I offered to purchase 2 new cars from them but they only wasted 2 hours of my time. They tried to tack on some $2,000 theft charge, $375 inspection charge, $3-$4K dealer charge, etc. In short these are all **** **** charges. MSRP is all you should pay plus TTL. Again, total waste of my time and I wont ever be purchasing a car from them. Even when the economy goes to crap and they start selling below MSRP one day again, I wouldn't trust them at this point.       Our GM, Tom Skinner did reach out to Mr. Taylor to discuss where we failed in negotiations. He did explain his disconcerns, however, did appreciate the follow up and service. He was able to find the vehicle he wanted at another dealer.

      Service technicians started getting sloppy before COVID now they are just incompetent! Dirty mechanic pants stains on my leather seats were only just the beginning As of 2022 -Simple battery check and replacement took 5 hours even with an appointment -Had to return for battery replacement job to be done correctly (another 4 hour wait even with an appointment) -Windshield installed with air gaps that whistled when driving -Windshield technician scratched the car with tools during installation -Windshield technician broke windshield trim that diverts rain away from engine bay -A simple windshield installation took 3 trips and it still has broken windshield trim that diverts rain away from the electronics in the engine bay and scratches from tool marks After all this the windshield tech ghosted me when I asked for them to come to my house to avoid a FOURTH trip to the dealership! Sloppy sloppy service, waiting 4-5 hours for simple repairs even with an appointment, no quality control and damaged vehicle is what you can expect from what once was a decent place to get service/repair
