    I initially made an appointment to have what I thought was my CV joint making my wheels squeak. Turns out I needed new brake pads on one of the rear wheels. Two weeks later the squeak comes back, so I bring it back in, turns out one of my front wheel needed brakes. I asked them why they didn’t replace it when they did the rear, and they said “I don’t know”. Two weeks later my squeak comes back, I’m back at the dealership on a third Sat morning. They oiled my wheel, sent me on my way. Two weeks later it comes back, this proceeds to happen a fifth time with the same squeak! So I’m currently awaiting the manager to come back from vacation to approve a free car rental, so they can actually fix the squeak and stop doing temporary repairs… and hopefully I won’t have to spend another Saturday morning as a busy single mother who works two jobs! These have been all my Saturdays for a chance to catch up on sleep, and sleep in for once! I don’t want to drive unsafe with my children in the car, so it’s worth getting fixed.

Although it's distressing to read of your concern, we appreciate your willingness to provide us an opportunity to possibly resolve your brake concern. The service history shows your vehicle to be at 91,036 miles and other than a brake flush completed at another dealer 3 years ago. The first brake service completed by us in February /2024. If you are continuing to experience brake concerns I recommend you come by to drop off your vehicle and we will provide you Shuttle Service and transport you to work and pick you up upon completion. An appt. is advised. Alternate transportation is available for non-warranty vehicles and is at the owner's expense. Any repairs like the repair completed in February 2024 or April 2024 has a 1 year/parts-service wrrty. If it found that a component is defective, we will wrrty the repair.

    It is truly refreshing to encounter a trustworthy dealership and have such a positive interaction when purchasing a new vehicle. I encountered exceptional service from everyone I interacted with at Fred Haas Toyota Country, and I left the dealership completely satisfied with my new purchase. Mr. Tran and his manager were extremely helpful and understanding when the initial car I intended to purchase was no longer available. They provided honest information about the popularity of the vehicle and helped me find a more fuel-efficient car at a fair market price, which turned out to be a better purchase than my original choice. I am grateful for the positive experience and look forward to recommending this dealership to friends and family for their Toyota needs.

    Fred Haas Toyota Country very quickly made right any wrongs that was had by them. I would reccomend Toyota Country to my grandmother, knowing the level of care that was had even after my vehicle purchase.

    I came to Fred Haas Toyota unscheduled. Joe ******** got me scheduled in immediately. He was constantly checking in on the status of my service. He was cordial and attentive. He deserves a raise. I will go back if he is my customer service representative.

    I really like Fred Haas Toyota! The service advisor that I use is named Jan. She is very efficient and will let you know exactly what is going on. Missy is my sales lady. I recommend seeing Missy when you are ready to purchase a car and Jan for any service needs for the vehicle. These two ladies are both very good at their job.

    WORK EXPERIENCE EVER... Today, I had an appointment at 9:15 AM to have my truck service. My advisor was MARQ ****. It’s a random pick. I have been going to Fred Haas Toyota Country for service since 2014 until now. I ask him what time it will be completed. He says around 11:30 AM to be done. I took his words but wouldn't expect if it's correct or not. Afterward, he texts me and say if I have any question just text him back. Around 11:21 AM, I text him to find out what the status. Waiting for 30 minutes, there were no response. I expected he was busy and ignored. After 30 minutes, I call his office phone and left a voice message. 30 minutes passed, again no call back (NO RESPONSE). I said " hmmm". I went to his desk around 12:30 PM, I saw him at his desk. He saw me coming and he said, " the mechanic just drop off my keys.” He will get back with me ". I waited in the lobby. I watched him from a distance. I notice he would go out and assist new customers that arriving and ignored my paperwork. From 12:30 PM until 12:55 PM. I received a call from the cashier to get the truck (25 minutes waiting). I see others advisor approach their customer explaining the situation. He doesn’t like a different race than he is.
