    I purchased a suv from this company when I purchased it I asked for all the mechanical work that was done before they put it on sale, she give me papers but the papers where not as specific as she said about the work, but she assured me they completely checked the suv. The suv was a Porsche macan GTS., it was purchased on October 27, 2023 . The first note was due on December 15 before I even paid the note good I was driving the suv and it before to smoke they said the water hose broke I called them and I said I thought you all checked the suv I’m not a mechanic but I know that it doesn’t take a lot to see the water hose is not good and told me that since I have a warranty I can use it to fix the suv because they couldn’t help me , so I had to get someone to tow the suv to my home because of the lateness of the hour, than the next day I had to get a towing service to pick up the suv and take it to the mechanic where I had to pay over 200 dollars for that service it was not even two months after a purchased it . Ok now it’s in the month of January and the oil light has come on the suv needs oil which will cost me as well my sales person name is Dora I really don’t believe that they checked the suv as they said because those things that can be detected easily I do know that I will never go back to that dealer ship again but I think I should be reimbursed , because just because they showed me a piece of paper and I had to keep asking for the paper work and it seems like they where actually trying to sell this suv even though it was half checked by them , you see the paperwork shows up after the sale and this is suppose to be a company with a good reputation.

    I recently had an appointment for my Range Rover car play, and I went there with the understanding that the service was covered under warranty. However, the service representative (Joshua) informed me that my vehicle was outside of the manufacturer's warranty by 100 miles and suggested that I take my car to the dealership where I bought it to see if they could help me. Before confirming the warranty, they performed a diagnosis, and when I picked up my car, they asked me to pay for the diagnosis. I explained the confusion to the service manager. (Alvaro Ramirez) and how the service representative was supposed to call me with an update and confirm if my car was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, I did not receive an update until the next day and wasn't provided with options or if I wanted to proceed with a diagnosis. I took Joshua's advice on taking my car to the dealership where I bought the car, and because I didn't proceed with the repairs at this location, they decided to charge me for the diagnosis. I took my car to the West location, and they welcomed me with welcome arms and took very good care of me.
