However, less than 30 days after purchasing the car, I discovered a whopping $2,000 worth of motor damage. It is clear that they either neglected to inspect the vehicle properly or intentionally withheld information about the existing issues. I also had to bear the burden of replacing the rotors and brakes, which were in a deplorable state and needed immediate attention. The replacement cost me an additional $800 out of my pocket. How could a vehicle with such glaring maintenance needs pass a so-called comprehensive inspection? It is absolutely infuriating to be treated with such disregard and disrespect as a paying customer. It took persistent efforts on my part to finally get some sort of response. To add insult to injury, the salesman I initially dealt with, promised to speak with the manager about repairing the vehicle. However, much to my dismay, the general manager of Land Rover Houston Central Dealership outright refused to provide any form of service for the damaged vehicle. This is an appalling display of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly urge potential customers to steer clear of Land Rover Houston Central Dealership. Their claims of conducting thorough inspections are nothing but empty promises. They seem to have no qualms about selling vehicles with significant issues, leaving customers to deal with the aftermath and exorbitant repair costs.
