      I am beyond disappointed in this establishment in its entirety, initially I was scheduled an appointment with jay kohn, to keep it brief I was treated like an inconvenience very poor customer service skills he did absolutely nothing nothing to make sure I was properly taken care of. He gave me multiple ways Mercedes online scheduling tool failed me as a customer I was directed to “ service manager “ Patrick shankin who later informed me I was misguided by the information I received about my future services . I was extended another opportunity to ensure I would receive the proper service I was sadly mistaken again ! I arrived at the dealership to drop off my vehicle and was provided a shuttle back home, only to be picked up assuming my vehicle was ready per Mr.shanklins instructions. This was at 2:08pm I arrived at the dealership. I was directed to the cashier who told me give her 5 min and walked me to a seat she left for the day with no communication shortly after Mr . Shanklin approached assured me my vehicle was being wrapped up and it was gonna be washed o declined the service and advised him I had been pressed for time being that I had the shuttle service for a reason . Now approaching 4:22 pm I began to get upset and was told I’d speak to someone no one ever came to my aid no communication no nothing I was misinformed and treated like I was not a priority being that I watched my car thru the window not being serviced Mr shanklin walked to me and told me the technician is clearing the codes and would be pulling my car up that has yet to happen my advise it to AVOID this place if you can they are poorly trained and if your donot look the part they will not acknowledge you they thought directing me to a different aid of the same I had previously received not smart of you want to be overlooked and stalled by all mean this is your place ZERO STARS !!!

      I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Mercedes-Benz Houston Greenway and would highly advise against doing business with them. Here’s what happened: I was in talks with the dealership about purchasing a C43, and after discussions, they ran my credit for financing. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car had a "faulty switch" and had been sent off to the service center for repairs. While I was disappointed, I decided to stay and negotiate my trade-in anyway. However, what happened next was even worse. The initial trade-in value we had agreed upon was suddenly reduced by 30% due to some minor bumper damage (damage that would cost less than $300 to fix). This felt like a blatant attempt to undervalue my vehicle, and I was immediately uncomfortable with their lack of transparency. To make matters worse, after I left the dealership, I noticed that the car was immediately unlisted on their website—so I have serious doubts that it was even available in the first place. Now, I’m left with a hard credit inquiry on my report, and no car to show for it. What truly topped it all off, however, was the utter lack of professionalism I received from the sales team. The two individuals I was in talks with have not answered a single call or returned any of my messages since my visit. This level of disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. In short, I felt cheated on both the trade-in offer and the entire sales process. Between the unlisted car, the reduced trade-in value, and the lack of communication, this experience was the epitome of poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.

      EVERYONE READ THIS........... Stay away from Mercedes Greenway in Houston. The salesman or saleswoman do not care at all about the customer. They lie and anything they can to get you to sign that app. Stay far away from this place. Take your money to another location. Wish I could give less than one star.

      I put a deposit on a Mercedes. MB Houston Greenway sold the car out from under me despite the deposit. When they called to tell me they sold the car, they made no effort to be customer friendly, apologize or mitigate the circumstance. Hey, we sold your car you had a deposit on. See you later.

      EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS..........DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MERCEDES GREENWAY. I went and test drove a 2018 Mercedes, everything was fine, Told salesman Frank that I needes to disscuss with my husband. I came back two days later and test drove same car again. Again everything was great with the car. That evening I came back with my husband so he could see the car again as we were both looking at and being in the car everything was great. We decieded to buy the car. The dealership took the car to fill up with gas and wash the car. We signed all the papers, we pay our down payment get the keys my husband leaves in our car and heads back home. I get in our new 2018 Mercedes and look at the windsheild and there is a crack right in the middle of it. No way to miss seeing it. I get back out of car go inside to tell them about the windshield being cracked and could not believe what Frank as well as his boss Micheal Stahl said to me. They would not do anything. NOTHING to fix thier mistake. I never even left thier parking lot. The ink was still wet on our contract. I owned the car for all of 3 mins and they would do NOTHING. So I used thier own clause to get out of the contract and gave them back thier keys. It took me over week and several trips to the dealership to finally get my down payment back. Sitting here writing this I am still floored that they treated us in this manner. It was 100 percent thier fault and none what so ever on ours. Everyone read this and remember this. Imagine what would happen if you needed something major fixed. No way would they ever live up to their warranty coverages for the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR.

      Was sent a written agreement for vehicle was in the process of sending cash. When manager PJ said they could not sell us the vehicle for this agreed upon price, after they already send us the email with our shipping info. Stated they didn't have the vehicle in stock after they sent us a Video of my actual cars interior 12hrs prior and the sales rep (Adrinna) was touching the seat! This was totally illegal, not just false advertisement but breach of contract. We own 2 business and would never conduct business this way. Wish there was something to stop bad practices.

      VERY POOR SALES MANSHIP. BUSINESS LIES TO CUSTOMERS LACK OD COMMUNICATION FROM SLAES AGENT DERRICK KING. FINANCE MANAGER PJ IS RUDE OVER TALKS CUSTOMER AND NOT WILLING TO HELP DEALERSHIP WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM A CUSTOMER STATING THE BANK SAID ONE THING WHEN IT COMES TO FIANCING ASJ THE FINANCE MANAGER TO CALL THE BANK AND LET ME HEAR THE CONVERSATION ABOUT MY LOAN APPROVAL PGJ REFUSED TO AND BASICALLY TURNED ME AWAY AS A WELL QUALIFIED CUSTOMER. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MERCEDES DEALERSHIP.
