    I came in for my car over heating. They ran a diagnostic fixed the two problems that was wrong. I drove an hour in a half out of Houston and my car ran hot again temp gage going up and down. Called service department they answered the phone I explained who I was and the problem the guy that took my call said my advisor was on lunch I said ok well can you pull my profile up no only he can do that well can I speak to a manager he’s on lunch. Ok I am stuck on the side of the road yall just finished operating on my vehicle and you meant I tell me I have I just sit here until I they are finished with lunch and he says yes. I got upset because of the amount of money that I spent and they showed no remorse. I yelled and used profanity and told him I guess I’ll have to keep driving my car until the engine catches fire and he said ok. I then hung up. I called a different department complained and finally a manager got with me and got me towed but I still feel like they were not sorry enough for what I went through. They are checking my car but I don’t live in Houston and I have to travel back 4 hours. I have been up since 4 am this morning and now it’s 4pm and I could of almost been home. Joseph is who spoke with the manager

    WARNING: This business engages in a CONSUMER UNFRIENDLY PRACTICE. I've been going here for nearly five years and the service is acceptable, however Russell & Smith Honda is now engaging in a consumer unfriendly practice: The dealership's service shop is now passing the credit card surcharge processing fee to customers. There's no fee if you pay using a debit card. But if you use a credit card, they add a 2.8% surge charge to your bill for oil changes and other service. ?? They didn't use to that before and from what I can tell, rolled out the practice in 2024. That's so lame. Their prices are already high. The dealership has decent coupons for services but the savings get eaten up by this new credit card surcharge. ??
