Hyundai is refusing to cover my repair under the current *** ******* ********, the vehicle broke down 3 weeks ago after stalling. Drove to the nearest **** **** to have the vehicle placed on the machine, had alternator replaced along with spark plugs but the engine continued to misfire. Had the car towed to a nearby auto mechanic who replaced the engine coils, afterwards there was still a misfire. Had vehicle towed to Hyundai once I found out their vehicles have had engine problems as well as multiple recalls, also involved Hyundai’s corporate office & got a response saying that the vehicle had a fuel injector replaced & was given a total of $893. First of all, I don’t have that type of money & second the campaign has to do with the engine. Last I checked the fuel injectors are part of the engine & even though the engine has a 60k mile warranty the maintenance should still be covered under the recall. This is really bad business by Hyundai, I’ve also tried to contact their Presidents & have heard nothing. I just want my vehicle because this is hampering me from getting to work.

Transaction date: June 2022 Services rendered were free based on recalled parts. My vehicle was serviced for almost a month with zero service update calls from the dealership. I had to call and sit on hold for at least an hour each time to get any kind of updates on my vehicle. When my car was finally ready to be picked up, the inside of my car was in total disarray despite the dealership paperwork declaring it had been cleaned and vacuumed already. After putting my belongings away in glove compartment and center console, I found TWO CIGARETTE BUTTS wedged in between the leather of my passenger seat and BURN MARKS on my leather!!! I spoke with and emailed *****, the service manager, who promised to investigate the situation as well as have my leather repaired and car detailed. I have since tried following up with ***** to no avail — he will not return my repeated calls, voicemails, or emails. The dealership is being completely unresponsive to the situation. I also kept the cigarette butts in a plastic bag should a thorough investigation need to take place. I am happy to provide this evidence to whoever needs it.
