      On 10-8-2023 I paid for the ************************* service. After waiting a year, they stopped this program stating that they had issues with it and it needed to be fixed. They then pushed me into the ******* Monetization program where I had to make several videos that I i fought about but ended up doing it. After doing everything that I was suppose to do a year later I am still not making any money. I have been waiting on watch hours for months to post but they haven't due to the company not completing my channel. I have been made many promises by *** Wesley, ******** *****, and ********/***** *******. I have asked for my money back several times with more and more promises and still nothing. I am next going to file a police report against them all.

      I was contacted by the Vice President of this business. He claimed for an initial 10k investment, his company would set up a site that presented the companys products to the world. He represented that the material already sales and I would make my investment back before I received my first credit card payment and after that, I would be making a profit of several thousand dollars a month. I did not make a dime from this platform. A couple of months later, as a result of my complaints about being misled, members of the business contacted me and stated since that platform didnt work, they were going to convert my account over to a ******* channel. They represented that I would start making my investment back in a couple of months. They said they would set it up for me. Months went by with continued misrepresentations about what was being done and what had been done. I continually asked for my investment back. Eventually, I was promised a ******* channel that was already functioning and turning profit. That was an additional misrepresentation. When I told the case manager that fraudulent misrepresentations, fraudulent inducement into a contract, and false advertisement was illegal and I wanted my investment back, *** Virgins employees stopped calling me and presumptively, stopped working on any ******* channel on my behalfif they ever did.

      I purchased a product from this company and was having monthly phone calls with my coach for a quotation **** done for you program that they were helping me with to start earning passive income. Ive tried several things with them to no avail. I was to have another meeting and they never called, Ive been trying to set up another meeting and I have not heard from anyone not only am I out the money for the ***** for you program but Im also out money that *** paid for advertising which got me banned from ********

      I was talked into signing up into this program with promises of videos for my ******* channel and help creating and navigating programs to help me increase my views. I got 2 real calls from a coach and after that, they quit, no one helped me, no videos, no replies from support. Then the group on fb they have blocked me instead of refunding me. They said they would contact me. They said they would help. All lies. Its been almost 1 yr and after countless emails, waiting and lies. Im just a single mom who lost $1k believing these scammers. ***** ********, ******* *****, Gel ****** and other admins who also ignored my msgs and refund requests. I am filing a claim with the ************************.

      I purchased the products from this company over a year ago and have been dissatisfied with the results promised. I have attempted on numerous occasions to request a refund as per the contractual agreement and have not been successful in receiving a legitimate response from the company.

      There were two unauthorized charges made to my credit card. I have requested a refund in writing via email 11/17/23. I provided the attached document to them and have received written confirmation from them multiple times from different people approving the refund and assuring me it is being processed. As of today, 1/2/24 there has been no refund given. I also called *********** and requested the refund again. "John" informed me that he will send the "highest priority" to the refund department manager named "Midge" and I should hear back in 1-2 days.

      I invested $2K into this company with promises that my investment would double within 2-3 months on a monthly basis, indefinitely for the purpose of residual income. ie: $4K a month for life. The ads were to be on Facebook, who charged me about $75 per week plus another company for handling sales bookkeeping, etc. Costing about $1K within a couple of months, so now it's cost me approx $3K. After months of excuses of not making sales for his "20 word Genie Script", FB refused to do business with them anymore and kicked them off the site. Now, the company throws me into another venue that requires hours of online watching of other investors' videos, of which I do not have the time to do. Program is Monetization. I explained I'm in healthcare and work long hours and this is not what I invested in and will not work for me. I have been waiting every 2-3 weeks for a phone appt with a "developer" to help create videos for me but I still have to "watch" other investors videos and that's how everyone generates points before it generates any money. For months, I have been promised that "We will help you" but nothing ever materializes. When I finally get my appointment call, nothing is resolved. I just keep getting the run around. Supposedly, the company was to help the investors that invested in the FB program and "Monetization" doesn't work for them, to help create the video points on the back end, so money starts generating. This has not happened. Now I am being told that basically I'm lucky they are still working with me because the other program has a minimum of $10K investment. Now, enough is enough. I want my $2K back. This is fraudulent advertising and false business promises. I will not take no for an answer. This is a "bait and switch" scam. Wesley Virgin and company are scammers and should be held accountable. I am a first responder, work hard to create investment money and will take this to the Supreme Court if not resolved. I was not given a receipt.

      On 11/7/2023, I purchased Wesley Virgin’s Overnight Millionaire for $104.91 and Virgin’s “Genie Script” for $40.02, based on his claim of becoming a millionaire by using a script. Both were drafted from my bank account via ********* **** I received a call from a coach telling me I would need to invest $5000 in an online store. Yes, I have $5000 hard-earned dollars, but I’m not willing to chance it in an online store that proves no profits beforehand. This was a waste of time and money. I am 63 years old and cannot afford to throw money into the wind with no security that it will come back to me. I began contacting Wesley Virgin by email for a refund in November. On December 3rd, they said they would refund for the Overnight Millionaire, I argued that I was due a refund for Genie Script as well. I have not received a refund for either. I informed them I would file a complaint with the BBB. Attached is a copy of the Genie receipt with both receipt numbers, as well as a photo of my bank account exhibiting proof of payment via Virgin’s ********* *** account.

      The program promised a money back guarantee within 30 days and is not standing by the promise. I have contacted the company 4 times for a refund and support staff stopped responding to my emails and request. I am will within the deadline to request my money back. I would like a full refund for my purchase.
