    They shipped the initial order to my old address they then shipped to my new address (2 years old) and replaced the product thanks I’ll reorder if needed and will make sure addresses are correct. Great company

    made an order for about $16.. plus $6 shipping.. I was charged that amount plus another $5.92 for something listed as 'tax'. I wrote and they said it was a computer error and would refund the amount.. Never did. I disputed with PayPal but my time ran out, so says PayPal. I did get the item but it was just some rubber junk worth about $2. This company should be banned from internet commerce.

    I ordered from zachics (which I’m assuming is a company they own) for my prom dress. It arrived completely late and completely different from the picture. It didn’t fit either. They insisted that instead of a refund I should just “go to a tailor”. Their customer service is awful and they’re definitely scammers. I should have known when they didn’t include reviews on their website.
