    I have had dealings with pawn shops before but I have never been treated with such respect and consideration as I did at Shaw’s R&R. The store is impeccably clean and organized. The staff is eager to help and shows no judgement towards people needing help trying to make ends meet by turning over their belongings. I’m proud to support local, family owned businesses and I will never go to any other pawn shop if I need to purchase or sell anything. THANK YOU R&R. You guys are great!!!

    I have been a customer of Shaw's R & R for in excess of 25 years. They are my "go to" for tools, guns and guitars. They always seem to have a higher quality of products and goods. This is understandable as they tend to loan more. The other reason that I shop almost exclusively for used items mentioned above, is that they always have a knowledgeable staff. They take their time to educate themselves on the items they have in inventory. As a business owner myself it is always refreshing to frequent another small business that maintains an educated staff. The greatest thing that Shaw's has going in its favor, is they have little turnover of staff. That indicates that they invest in their staff, they provide training for their staff and they value and appreciate the staff. Seeing the same familiar faces year after year and being greeted by your name when you go into a small business is huge! Keep up the great work, you have a customer for life.

    I was really pleased with this store and its customer service, Got a loan for more than I thought would get and the staff went out of their way to make sure i understood every aspect of the process. Professional and courteous staff, I will recommend to friends and will return.
