    I can't say enough nice things about A Dog's Dream!!! I will be a customer as long as I have animals and that will be forever. The staff is very friendly and listens to you. The grooming was perfect!!! My baby smelled great, and of course she looked amazing. It is so nice to find a place that has great customer service, delivers a quality service at a great price and actually cares about the dog. Thank you!

    I took my dog (Kera) for grooming and when I got home I was terrified and to be completely honest extremely upset at my dog’s condition after their service rendered. Not only did they leave bald spots on her body but the hair in her face was uneven. Worst of all she had several cuts (ears, neck, and tail) and a pretty nasty eye injury. I took my pet at 8 am for her grooming and I was told it would take about 2 hours. Not only did they keep her for 6 hours; they didn’t answer the calls I made to inquire about her. When I picked her up she was panting a lot (have a video) so it was pretty obvious that she was not given water in those 6 hours it took to clip her hair. Needless to say, this is unprofessional and I find their work ethic unacceptable.
