      This company has bad reviews for a reason and I see why .I been staying at The Beverly at Lakeside for 5yrs someone stole somebody packages and the post office said they couldn't deliver because the mailbox needed to be fix this happen in October of 2024 so they said any tenants that pay for a po box the will reimburse so I go and do that I ended up paying $91.00 I go up to the leasing office to show proof and they say okay made a copy then I had to sign something to get the reimbursement 2 weeks later I didn't receive still so I go up to the leasing office again and I had to sign something else then the lady tells me o there only giving reimbursement of $50.00 I'm like I paid 91.00 so what happen to the reimbursement this company is full of sht they always lack communication so don't move here anything that these people own you need to stay away learn from my mistake

      I have been emailing the entire staff, including Karya Management, with no response. Therefore, I will continue to email you and leave negative reviews on Yelp every day until my issue is resolved. I noticed that you removed $200 from the fradulent balance; however, I expect the entire balance of these fraudulent charges to be removed. My balance should be zero. I do not owe you rent or utilities, as I moved out in September when my lease ended. I paid my last month's rent, $489 for my current apartment not being ready, plus an additional $200 in fees, and you kept my deposit. I do not owe you anything, especially rent for October, November, or December. Once again, my lease ended in September, and I did not live here during these months. I will not be paying these fraudulent fees. I will continue to leave negative reviews on all apartment sites, including Yelp, to alert others not to move here until my issue is resolved.

      This company is ruining my life yet again. I stayed at a Karaya property in Overland Park, KS almost 5 years ago. I was not there very long. I was unable to move in until 2 weeks after the lease date due to renovations and the second of three different property managers in less than 3 months. I moved in after being in the hospital. The place was filthy and not only did I have to clean it myself, but I had to have them fix exposed wiring located in the bathroom and the kitchen. Shortly after moving in, I found out I was being transferred to Colorado. I gave notice and went over the piece in my lease that stated this was an exception to breaking the lease. The manager at the time also told me that as long as they rented it out quickly, there would be no issues. I thought this was funny since this was a clear statement in my lease. When I moved, I left it 1000x cleaner then when I moved in. A year later I received an itemized bill totaling over $6k. An example would be using the dumpster, $600+ for leaving a brand new microwave in the kitchen for the next tenant who moved in less than 2 weeks later. Now, I am unable to move into a new apartment as a credit management company bought the debt I disputed. Please help me! I did the right things, but Karaya did not.

      Hello. I am reaching out due to my property neglecting to repair A/C, kitchen lighting, lawn care and pest control treatment (roaches & spiders). I’ve placed multiple (3) service request with the first one dating back to 5/28/2024, 6/22/2024 and my most current one being 7/19/2024, all about the same issue being the A/C as well as lighting. My requests have been marked as resolved twice when no one has entered my apartment to fix anything. I’ve spoken to the front office and they stated that they no longer enter the apartments with an office key and they no longer contact your phone before showing up to your apartment, which makes no sense when I have a job and communication is necessary. The lady that I spoke with at the office stated that she would reopen my case and contact the supervisor of maintenance, that was on 7/19/2024 and nothing has been resolved! I’ve provided pictures of my A/C not properly working. After speaking with the office and nothing happening, I sent out an email to everyone in leasing and management to try to reach corporate or someone to have this issue resolved or atleast deduct from my rent or waive the move out fees for me to break my lease. I’ve been having to leave my sliding glass door cracked open due to returning home to an 83 to 90 degree apartment which is inhabitable and someone could easily break into my apartment causing more issues and law enforcement to be involved. If I could please have someone contact me on this matter as soon as possible as I am wanting to move out of my apartment, immediately since nothing has been resolved in 3 months which is disappointing because I’ve been a tenant here for about 3 years now!

      I’m going to try reaching out here because I can’t seem to get any answers at the property itself. While living in my apartment there was a water leak from upstairs that came through my walls. They demoed my walls and didn’t put new walls back up. I lived like that for about 3 months and didn’t complain. I constantly complained about roaches, rats, and ants but that was never resolved. But I was still kind and dealt with it all. When I moved out I was told that I left the cleanest unit they had ever seen. I was assured I would receive my deposit back and that my account was paid in full. Instead I was sent to collections 3 months later saying I owed money. When I spoke with the property manager Mary( i believe thats her name) and assistant manager Nicole, they said that was a mistake and they were going to handle the collections company and send my deposit back and it is waiting on Maria from corporate to sign off on the check. It has been more than 6 months and I still do not have my deposit and I am still in collections even though they admit I do not owe the money. Now my credit score is being affected. I have been nothing but kind throughout this process, however, my patience has run out. I will not stop until this is resolved. If I don't receive the check soon I will continue with my reaching out to my attorney and I will come after you for everything I can. I am not going away until this issue with collections is resolved and I have received my deposit.

      The Karya Management response is to provide you with the that link to send them a message. But they don't return messages. This entire organization should be investigated by the Local, state, and national housing authorities. They leave residents without water for days, and I mean there was a time where we went without water for 5 days. They should be shut down and someone who knows how to manage properties should take over. I do not want an email address to send my complaint, I want a phone number. Unfortunately this scam company doesn't have one.

      I have tried to reach out to this company as well as management of the Apartment complex This company et, al. Have ignored my complaints and concerns of them being in ********* ** ***** **** ******* ****** They state that the have a laundry facility that has not been open for literally a year since I have moved in. About every week they are shutting off water, or turning of water, the ac is always of I am overwhelmed . I was shown a renovated apartment with new appliances and backsplash, all I received was a 2 bedroom 2 restrooms (well one) been down to one since last October 2023 without a shower and Tub since Feb 2024 . Mold and Mildew from ceiling to floor spreading throughout the only working restroom that works but I am just a statistic right?

      Karya Management is an absolute joke and even worse thieves. In October 6, 2023 myself and another individual checked out ot The Blue Note Apartment Complex in Nashville, TN. We followed all guidelines including letting KPM know we were not renewing our lease according to our contract in the proper timeframe. In September I asked the Blue Note manager what happens with the rent charges that I had on autopay. I was concerned that I didn't want to be billed for the full month of October. The manager assured me that KPM was aware we were leaving on October 6, 2023 and there would not be any bills on autopay beyong the 6th. On October 1, 2023 my autopay was billed $1531( for the full month of October. I went to the manager and asked why and when the $1234.67 that was overcharged would be returned. The manager said it would be returned along with our security deposit within the month. Tennessee law requires security deposits be returned within 30 days of checkout. However, par for the course we never saw the security deposit returned or the overcharge returned and it has been 4 months that has passed. We contacted the manager of Blue Note and the district manager for KPM in a written complaint. Maybe a month later we got a terse 3 sentence reply that a security deposit check was sent on October 23, 2023. However, that check, if ever sent, never arrived at mine or my fellow renters address. Notably there was no mention of the $1234.67 over charge situation. We again contacted the district manager to note that no check had been received and to please send a new check via certified mail so we could be sure it would arrive. There has been no response. We filed complaints with the Tennessee Consumer protection bureau and the Consumer protection bureau in Pennsylvania as well. KPM refused to engage with either consumer affairs divisions. KPM in our experience is absolutely despicable and not a company that anyone should deal with.

      I am very upset about how you guys mishandled my rental assistance during Covid. I cannot believe after almost 3 years you guys are putting something on my credit that was paid through rental assistance during Covid from ***** ****** I lived at city west apartments. They miss managed my rental assistance money sent to them and others. Now you guys are trying double dip! This is unacceptable I contracted you guys in corporate several times and you guys said you were handling it. I sent proof of the ***** ***** payment. This is getting ridiculous! How is this not handled by now ! Please have someone contact me. I cannot believe this.

      Absolutely awful management and Maintenance team and the apartments are disgusting!!! I moved into their apartments Brickyard flats in October last year and let me tell you all they have done is well nothing at all to make life easy on me or them. Let me start off with on my move in date i wasn't allowed to go up to the office until 430pm(an hour before they closed). When I got there I had asked them that since the apartment they showed me wasn't the one I was getting if I could see my apartment before signing absolutely anything and paying them anything. I was told "No We can't proceed until you pay and sign." I was told my apartment was Newly Renovated and everything is brand new and I was promised that's what I was getting. But everything was filthy and they paint over hair the vents were clogged with paint the fridge not only barely works but it was horrible I bleached it 3times to get the rotten food smell out before putting my food in there. I literally am still unclogging my vents from paint and not only that no fire alarms no Carbon monoxide detector. I HAD A HUGE GAS LEAK AND HAD NO CLUE FOR A WEEK WHEN THE GAS COMPANY CAME TO SWITCH IT TO MY NAME. Luckily I work 12-13hour days and was only home to get a couple hours of sleep. But they acted like it's no big deal. I'm running out of CHARACTERS so please stayed tuned to hear about them trying to evict me for calling the health department on them!! If I could it would be no stars!!
