      The Service was exceptional. Staff were very professional and communicated throughout the process. I will continue using this awesome team for my replats. I strongly recommend Owens Management for all your replat and related project.

      Find another company to use for replatting and land survey services. Joyce might be knowledgeable but she is unprofessional and does not follow up as she should and indicates. It takes several weeks for her to follow up via email or phone. Yet, "she moves at the speed of money". It must take millions to get her to move faster than snail's pace. B.O.B. or not, their response time and lack thereof is indubitably unprofessional and unethical. How does a business with a 3 star Google rating have an A+ BBB rating. Our project is at a standstill because she's provided partial info that we cannot verify nor validate. She has also ignored my calls and emails. Do not use this company! Otherwise your project will be in limbo as ours is.

      Owens Management Systems, LLC strives to provide exceptional customer service. Our Agreement /Scope of Work does not include land planning.. Upon review of his land plan, we advised that it did not comply with COH Chapter 42 Subdivision Ordinances. In addition, I spoke to the owner and his architect to explain the deficiencies and directed his architect to Chapter 42 for further guidance. The proposed development didn't meet the shared driveway criteria. OMS does work at the speed of money. To meet budgetary constraints., we amended the original payment schedule. We completed the initial scope of work as per the agreement. His 2nd invoice is over 30 days in arrears. His prompt payment would have allowed OMS to move forward with reviewing his land plan and continue the platting process.
