    This company is fraud. As some other complaint I read they did the same on my property A guy named ********* knocked my door and told me that my roof is in bad conditions, he told me they can help me to get a new roof through my insurance. He asked me fo all the info about me and my insurance company.He told I do not have to pay anything even the deductible, Next day he called me and asked me for my ss, the reason for this was to get the money from the insurance company faster To do this short : A woman called *************, the insurance company telling them she was my wife and asking for information about the claim.The insurance adjuster warned me that they were a SCAM. When I got the first check, they called me to go pick it up; they sent a woman named ***** who took the check, and promised that the contractor was going to call me and never did. After they promised me to not worry, they sent me a letter asking for more than $1000 for the deductible. After I called them a numerous amount of times and they answered once promising me that they would resolve it and they never called me again. The people involved in all of this were ********* *************, *******, ***** ******, ********* ************* This happened back in March of 2022 and I am now just submitting a claim because I didnt know that I could do it sooner.

    A gentleman used to come and bother my elderly parents (95 and 81 years old) about the roof that needed repair. Finally, they helped them submit a claim to *************************. The check came in for $4168.18; my parents deposited it in the bank. On July 1st, 2020, ****** ***** (Phone: **************) came, and my Dad issued him a check for $4200.00. Unfortunately, my dad passed away on July 12, 2020. And to the sadness because of his passing, I completely forgot about the roof. In July 2023, I texted ******, and he told me we could still retake the job and that I just needed to pay for the difference to install the roof shingles after ****** told me that I had to pay over $8000.00 in addition to the $4200. I requested a refund by calling the company. They told me that they would retain 25% and that I would receive an email with a form accepting their refund terms. That form never came through email. I tried to call several times, and they swore they would send the form. Now, all their phones are disconnected. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to get this money back.

    First and formost this company is commiting insurance fraude. What they do is go around neighborhoods and tell you your roof has damaged and especially the ones that have severe damage. J******** is one of the sales person that gave me a great pitch and i was in dire need of a new roof which was true. I gave him all my info and ***** and l**** contacted my wife to schedule for the apraiser to come out and look at the roof. They took care of all the insurance process and told us that we will pay $1800 and we will get 2 checks from the insurance comapny and l**** came to my house and collected both payments the $1,800 downpayment and $4,000 check. They scheduled the repairs for the 30th of June and they never showed up suppose the contractor came to my house and no one was home that was a lie I was at home the whole day waiting on them. I have tried multiple times calling and no one answers nore the supposed contractor they stole my money and never got my roof repaired. These are the numbers they gave me or called me from day one. ************ / ************ / ************

    Just Roofing LLC came knocking to the door around March or April. My dad hired them for roofing job. A guy named C***** C***** stopped by on April 14 and told my dad to get insurance check for damages on roof. C***** chaves phone number is currently out of service. On June 5 N**** stopped by to set a date on construction and to pick up the check signed by dad but the check was under my moms name. N**** cashed the check two days later and the date of the job they set on just roofing didn’t arrive or gave my dad a call back. I kept calling from office they gave me the round about and finally gave me m***** number. I called him didn’t pick up and he send me a text, I introduced myself and he ignored my text two days later I text him again and he ignores me. I was fed up and went to the office that was on the contract only to find out that they had been kicked out from not paying rent. I had to call m***** from a different number bc he wouldn’t pick up my call from my phone. He finally picked up the call and gave me the round about that they haven’t showed up bc my dad hasn’t given them the second check. Which was never on the table and my dad was never notified about that

    JUST ROOF LLC WAS PAID IN FULL FOR SERVICE BY INSURANCE COMPANY AND HAS FAILED TO DO THE JOB SINCE FEBRUARY 20 ,2023. THERE HAS 2 APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE WITH A NO SHOW.

    On march 15/23 I gave them a check for $5,815.22, they promise me they will replace all my roof , and, they didnt do anything , or answer the phone, attached the contract that i signed with them.

    - Date of transaction 10/16/22 - Our insurance company helped pay the roofing company 6000$ -The roofing company employers were going around our neighborhood saying that our roof was in bad condition and we could claim that to our insurance with the condition that they do the job. - This roofing company acts as if they are trying to schedule a date to do the job but as time goes by they come up with excuses to not show up and its been well over 6 months where they have not answered nor contacted us to do the job, our last date for them to come was May 20th and they have ignored our calls. Our insurance company had given us 6000$ for the roof and a employer from the roofing company had passed by to pick up the check after that check had been given they have refused to pick up our phone calls nor have they done anything for our roof AT ALL. - The business has not been resolving the problem nor has been contacting us, we have a group on fb within our neighborhood and as soon as I mentioned this roofing company a lot more people also admitting to falling for this scam.

    A representative of Just Roofing, LLC was in the neighborhood after seeing the damage to my roof, caused by a storm that occurred in/or around the month of March 21, 2022. The representative informed me that the shingles on my roof needed to be replaced and went on to state that the repair could be done through my insurance company with no out-of-pocket expense, from me. On June 13, 2022, ******* ********* (my insurance company), mailed me a check in the amount of $3, 835.29. On July 01, 2022, a lady who identified herself as Noemi ****** with Just Roofing, LLC presented a contract for a total cost of repairs, that included the downpayment of the aforementioned amount. After receiving the endorsed check, Ms. ****** informed me that the roofing installation would start on the 14th of July. No contractors showed up on the stated date and I called the roofing company speaking with Isaia ******-Customer Service Representative, who explained to me that the solar panels needed to be removed from ******* Energy prior to any work commencement being performed. ******* Energy's cost for removal of the panels was in the amount of $2300. I was never informed by Just Roofing that the solar panels would have to be removed prior to the installation of a new roof. After hearing this information, I was livid and informed Mr. ******, that my money should be returned promptly. To date, after calling multiple times and speaking with Mr. ****** and another female CSR, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB, in hopes of getting my money back. To date, no work has been done on my property and yet this company literally stole my money with no explanation or remorse for their actions in taking my money. Please see the attached and my notations of the multiple numbers I have used to assist in getting redress regarding this company. In closing, it is my hope of settling the above complaint without seeking further litigation in order to claim what is rightfully entitled to me.

    This company received a check for the first payment in order to start my new roof on March 2022 the contract I signed and they explained to me was to complete the work the next to weeks. Unfortunately after 3 months waiting they told me my insurance was not able to cover the complete price therefore they just took my money and said I need to pay the rest because I should cancel the contract at the moment I gave them the first payment. When they offered the service they took the information from my insurance and promised us to replace my roof only with the claim they sent to the insurance company

    This people are scammers, and they are nothing but fraud they stoled a 1,000 check from me, and cashed it without my consent, they are charging me 500 to cancel contract, something that they are not even going to work on, they have the ordasity to charge a cancelation fee when they stoled money from me!! People do not trust this company they are nothing but lies!!!!!
