Statewide goes above and beyond. From sales through installation, everyone was professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Patrick, from the sales team, remained involved and available long after the contract was signed. I never felt like he just passed me off to someone else. I had several projects going on. Things could have been chaotic, but Christine made sure things ran smoothly. There were no delays waiting for materials. Oscar, my project manager, was always available. If I had a concern, he'd immediately send one of his guys or come himself to address it. He always made sure my expectations were met. The installers, Taylor, Rafael, and Narvie were very professional and always timely. I would definitely use Statewide again and I highly recommend them to others.Review from Johnita S

On 8/26 Statewide remodelers came to my home in Apple Springs to replace my tub/shower. The project was going good until the 3rd day I asked how much longer, because i was told the project would only take 3-4 days and they hadn't started putting up the tile. I started getting worried, for 2 days they had to go to H*** ***** to get parts for plumbing, if they knew what they were doing, they should have brought what they needed with them to do the job. On Saturday, he said he would finish, that didn't happen, he said he would be back Monday to finish. He came back Monday stayed all day and said he was finished. When he left, I went in the bathroom and turned on shower, water started spraying from the faucet and when I pulled the faucet to turn the shower on the entire fixture separated from the wall. I was very disappointed, he left this mess knowing the faucet was leaking when he left. I texted Ryan and requested a walk through, which i was never offered. Two weeks later Juan, one of the supervisors came, changed out a screw and said it was in backwards. I asked what are you going to do about the fixture coming from the wall, he said he didn't have the tools to fix it. They knew the water faucet wasn't put in right, but neither of them said nothing, just acted like i wasn't supposed to notice the their bad workmanship. 9/21 Daniel and Chris comes back to secure fixture to the wall, finally. 2 days later the faucet starts to leak again. I send Natalie a video as proof its leaking again. Again they send Ivan out to fix it 10/18. All this time, what was supposed to be a 3-4 day job turned into a 41 day job. I am requesting $8000.00 refund for anguish and discomfort we suffered and for the additional days we had to take off work to be here. Also for the use of my garage for storing their materials and leaving it for days. i had to request them to move it. They did not perform the job I paid them to do, so I'm requesting to be refunded.Review from Terry K

Had a bathroom remodel tub shower conversion, flooring, and had problems with the craftsmanship and quality of work done. Toilet was tightened down before tile flooring mortar was dry causing damage to the wax ring seal causing a leak. I will never ask them to do anything else to my house!Review from Thressa L

I don't know where to begin. After the sales Rep came and lied to us. Project manager, Amanda calls 2 days later toe tell me that hat they have every thing and they are ready to begin. Liar, days later she somehow comes up with materials that just she just happened to have in the warehouse. I'm sure we got used material in our bathroom. I'm so hurt right now . She promised it would leak . It's leaking and there is caulking smeared all down my chrome and hunks in corner. It's just a mess. Then she tell me I have a lifetime warranty. I have yet to see it. Who wants to let them come back out after we have spent more than it was worth and the mess they have made. People don't take pride in their work . They just want to get paid.Review from Jeffrey Y

My partner and I signed a contract with Statewide Remodeling to remodel our bathroom and install windows throughout our home. Our start was for August 2023. As time got closer we began to get calls daily from the construction crew telling us that the wood in the floor was rotted more than they originally estimated and would need to be replaced and it would be an additional $15,000.00. The next call we got was the same man telling us that the window in the bathroom would interfere with the layout of our shower plan, making up excuses until we said to cover it. Once again we received a phone call with misc issues, additional costs driving that remodel of the bathroom up near $65,000. They canceled and were a no-show on several appointments that they set. In addition to this, they kept making changes to our contract saying that anytime their disclosures were updated a new contract needed to be reworked, and ran a new credit check each time. As of today, our bathroom has not seen a day of work from Statewide Remodeling.Statewide Remodeling of Houston, LLC Response

The job is Cxl in decision and he was given a full refund back. We went out to pre-site and per production – we are unable to build the job per contract due to the entire house having rotted siding/windows frames for the windows and the floor was completely rotted out in the bathroom. You could not even walk into the bathroom to try to do the job. The original build was not possible for the bathroom due to the window falling in the middle of the tub area.
The window was being held up by a stick in that bathroom. We called the h/o and explained the situation, the client said he completely understood and asked if we could add it to his financing. He was already denied by several fin companies due to him not being the h/o. The property is owned by an estate. I believe his work but now sure, he was trying to rebuild the entire house to make it his office. The lender denied his request to add. We fully refunded both jobs and closed out accounts on 9/7.
The original contract was denied by all lender and we gave an $11k discount to try and do it as a CASH job to try and save but after pre-site there wasn’t anything else we could do after seeing the condition of the house.

I had signed contracts with Statewide Remodeling last year in July 2022 for my Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling, and they started working in November 2022, for my Bathroom projects and in December 2022, for my kitchen project. Each project was a nightmare. The installation guy for my bathroom scratched up the top of my ceiling in my guest bathroom bringing in the wall material for the shower. The Field Manager Oscar told me they were not responsible for repainting my ceiling. He drilled a screw in my water line in the Master bathroom because the measurement he was given was wrong. The faucet is loose and shaky also in the Guest bathroom. My kitchen cabinets were uneven and the doors didn’t match in size. I still have two doors that are uneven and one that doesn’t shut properly. They (Statewide) did remeasured and adjusted some of the uneven doors but a couple of doors are still uneven and aren’t closing properly. I am so dissatisfied and upset, because I didn’t get what I paid for. I become upset every time I look at the cabinet doors. I will never use Statewide Remodeling again. I thought remodeling meant the company supplied everything for the remodeling not the Customer having to pay for sinks, faucets, vanities, and toilets. The material is cheap and the price is too high, along with dealing with sloppy work. They want your money but they don’t want to give you the quality of work for the project designs you paid for. My project consisted of a Know it All (Field Supervisor) who played a role in the Big Mess. He had the nerve to ask me to give him a good Review. Here’s your good review, Sir. One ??? guarantee is I definitely won’t be recommending any of my friends or family to this Company. I’m going to make sure other people don’t go through what I have experienced with this Company. Sloppy work with high prices. They don’t take accountability for any damages they have caused. They don’t even deserve a star rating of 1.Review from Todd N
