      Do not use Safe Security Systems. It takes 5 weeks to get service. I had alarm go off for my master bedroom “Loss of Supervision” on Monday, April 29th. An hour later, an alarm on another unit and an hour later another unit. I called customer service and they said they would send out a technician and I would be receiving a call to schedule that. By Friday, I hadn’t received a call so I called them. She told me they will mail out some units and specified which units. I told her, I was 100% sure that she didn’t include the units I was getting the message on. She had cleared the messages on my unit already. So she would monitor the system for the day. I never heard from her. On Saturday, 7 out of 8 units went off. On Monday I called and this time they thought it was strange that most of them were getting the message. The main system seemed to be functioning but she would have tech support look into it because sometimes if they just delete and add the units back it will work. Well, I received a text message from her that my system needed a firmware upgrade and to call her. So I called her and left a message. She texted me back and asked when would be a good time to call me. I told her anytime the next day. I never did hear from her. But the system seems to be working. So today, May 17th I get a call to say they were available on June1st for the service call. So basically, it takes almost 5 weeks to get service from them. Previously, I called them because my bill went up and I thought I signed a contract and they told me if I read the fine print on page 5 it states they can raise their price. I then asked about cancelling the contract and they said I would have to pay the remainder of the contract. I must have asked when I signed the contract and he said I would cancel but didn’t say anything about paying the entire contract off. He also told me he would stop by contract with *** and didn’t do that either. Just a bad company!
