    I purchased product on Quiet Bounce website (two balls and a hoop) back on 12/3. I have tried to reach out to the. Company multiple times since 12/13 when I had not received a shipping update and no response. I see it is coming from china but no further details/ shipping status has not moved. I am disappointed in the lack of response as well as clarity on the business. If you look on their website they claim they are based in the US yet their phone number does not work. I worry this is a sham company at this point.

    I placed an order on 12/10/23. 2 days later received an email about a delay. Since then I’ve sent over 8 emails requesting and update or to discuss refund options and have not received any response. The phone number on their website is not a working number. No email updates since 12/12 communication of delay. Tracking information does not work just shows I placed an order. Radio silence

    I ordered online through this company. I received a confirmation and paid to have expedited shipping. This order occurred on 12/15. The status has not been updated as of 12/22 and all attempts to contact the company have got a wall. No response - the phone number is not available and the email address comes back undeliverable.

    I ordered a quiet bounce ball for a Christmas present for my brother on December 5th, 2023 and paid $82.93. As of December 22nd I have yet to receive any information on my order. There is no tracking number and it says my shipment has not been sent when I was also forced to pay for priority shipping. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and haven’t received a response or a refund. My order number is 31074. I’ve also noted their social media shows many people in the same dilemma as myself, order placed, money taken, and nothing received.

    The business is a fraud. Selling quiet bounce basketballs on internet and social media. Took my money and never shipped the product. When I went to inquire about missing product their website and any trace of business is gone.

    Ordered a product from them on December 9, 2023. Received order confirmation, money was taken, no product has been shipped as of 12/22/23. Emails have not been answered. Calling the phone number results in "wireless customer is not available at this time" at 2:00 est. Should be during business hours if located in Houston, TX (1:00 cst).

    Placed order 12//11/23. As of 12/22/23 it hasn’t even shipped. I reached out to company three different ways with no response. I looked at the comments on the comments social media and see I am one of many. Terrible to scam someone but especially bad during the holidays when you’re trying to gift someone a product they’d like.

    I ordered two basketballs from Quiet Bounce and never received either. I have reached out to customer services (see attached screenshot) with no response.

    Placed an order for their product. Received a confirmation email about order. Never received a shipping update so I reached out to the company via email provided on their website and confirmation email. Never received a response back. Emailed a total of two more times. After not receiving a response back to any email I then attempted to call their number listed on the website and it is disconnected and not a working number.

    I placed an order on 12/13/23 (Order #48493 confirmed) for a QBounce™ Silent Basketball 2.0 - Indoor Basketball. My purchase total was $40.07 and my credit card was charged. I have received no further communication from the company, the phone number on their website is disconnected (347) 256-8703, and my emails have gone unanswered. I have filed a charge dispute with my credit card company as well.
