    This company towed my truck with a valid parking pass ...and I had to deal with rude people hanging up in my face..I missed a days work and they towed my truck 20 minutes away..there running a racket

    THIS TOWING COMPANY WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR NO REASON AND STAFF IS VERY RUDE AMD WILL HUNG UP IN YOUR FACE I WILL BE FILLING A LAWSUIT FOR UNLAWFULLY TOWING !!! AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE NOT EVEN ACCREDITED AVOID ANY APARTMENTS THAT USES THEM ARE YOU WILL BE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING

    This company literally towed my car and have a valid visitors pass code ant an apartment complex which was CLEARLY visible in my car yet their illiterate tow drivers took my vehicle. They’re so hard up for money my vehicle was towed unlawfully and I’m not letting this go.

    Was profiled today 2/7/2024 by crooked corrupt tow truck from * ******** went and illegally took my car didn’t even give me any kind fair warning or notice and caused me 500 600 n damages and wasn’t even at my family apartment for 30 mins and had rights to be there and had money to and they didn’t even have tow my **** I would left so Iam guessing all visitor get towed shure was mistreated and wrongfully done violated by * ********

    A Martinez towing is a thief they towed my company vehicle on Monday and stole some money and some other stuff out of it before they took it to the storage lot .

    This company has now stolen 2 of my vehicles and I am now filing complaints with the Justice of the Peace in the city of Pasadena, TX this morning as soon as possible. I was doing everything I could do in order to make sure my vehicle was not towed by registering it with MARTINEZ WRECKER SERVICE but they towed it anyway and they do not seem to be willing to return my vehicle to me without paying a ridiculous sum.

    This company took my car from my apartment complex with a valid sticker and they are making me pay to get it out. I called to see why the lady on the phone was super rude and started to argue and fight with me. Now I see why this company is crap. NO tienen respeto a la gente. No respect to the people.

    This company wrongfully towed my husband vehicle. They stated that he was parked in a reserved parking space. If we didn't purchase a reserve parking spot we don't park in others. He comes in late at night so all the reserve parkers are in their spots. This complex do not have spots to spare. He was parked in a residential parking space. The tower just needed a pay check and pulled the car. God Bless them truly for breaking others to get it. May your home be prosperous as ours. I lived here a year in a half we know the difference between parking spots and are careful. We follow the rules.
