    Purchased a 32ft tandem dual trailer that was advertised as having 12k axles and was priced accordingly, come to find out it had 10k axles and they wouldn't adjust the price even though same trailers on their lot is 1k price difference. After purchase the sales tram dripped the ball on title paperwork causing the temp tag to expire before receiving the paperwork to register and title, now I ha e to wait and then go to the dmv to purchase a 1 day temp tag to go get it inspected and then go to get it properly registered. Also had a winch plate installed, the craftsmanship is horrible, cut the hole too big after attempting to trace the plate and instead of trying to center the plate they just threw it is and attempted to weld it in, horrible looking welds with no penetration and they look like someone used a ****** ******* welder, also only a total of 5 1 inch welds that they expect to hold with an 18k winch and when confronted they said uts a normal install and it was fine. I will never do buisness with them again, they take no responsibility for their failures and do not offer to attempt to make anything right.

    Nationwide trailers. I ordered a used trailer from Nationwide trailers for 15000.00 the next day the trailer break down cast me 800 to fix . I contacted the company they told me to send pictures, I did, never mind at no time before sale or after sale trailers is sold as is. I finally talk to a manager he claimed trailer was sold as is on top of that I had a 30 day plate, they send the title when the plates expired. This is not a good company to work with at the beginning I asked is there anything wrong with the trailer it was trailer is in good condition, if anyone looking for a trailer this is not the company in the end the manager was rude and didn't care. I'm sorry I had to give them a star, you don't know how much it hurts to do so
