    FRAUD!!! do not purchase anything from them. Once booked online they call to change flight at a much higher rate and from a different airport to top it off.

    Exactly as previous people have said. Problems with ticket and will need another $900. Would not let me cancel reservation and said ***** would only refund through e-fare I reported it to my bank and credit card and told them do not authorize any payment to cheapdealsfare. Nothing has shown up on my bank account nor anything on ****** account using my CC number.

    SCAM! Please do not use this website. I booked 2 round trip tickets and my friends booked 2 round trip tickets separately. The next morning my friend told me they called their customer service and were told that they only had inbound tickets and that they had to cancel. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes to be told I had to do a $1,000 upgrade in order to be able to have room on the plane? They then said they would talk to their supervisor and call me back in 10 minutes. This was 6 hours ago. Not to mention this flight was to go home for a funeral. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    It is a bait and switch scam. Total Fraud. DO NOT USE Cheapdealsfare.com I book online then they emailed me saying there's an issue with my booking, I call them and they said airline overbooked and that I need to paid almost 50% more. Tells me I can't cancel and must pay cancellation fee but I didn't even get my tickets so how can I cancel. Then tries to get me to pay the cancellation fee which I must authorize (hell no!) I cancelled my credit card after hanging up and will never deal with them again. I got lucky and didn't get charged but I think most people will end up losing money hence I am writing a review hoping to save someone.

    Completely fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They called and stated to "ticket" my flight I needed to pay an additional $1000 as they were only standby tickets. I confirmed with the airline; several seats remained. They then charged my CC with no authorization. I signed nothing. They sent several docs to my email... I didn't sign/return one. I stated I will not do business with any of the sort they said, "sorry we can't cancel. NOWAY!!!

    If I could rate a this vendor as a -0, I would. Cheapdealsfare will purposely allow you to book the flight you desire knowing that there is no availability. I booked my flight and AFTER 24 hours (cancellation grace period) I was notified that my flight was not complete and that my returning flight was overbooked. I was given the option to choose another airline and pay the difference. After an hour of refusing to pay the difference I was given the option to fly back at a different time (an hour earlier). I booked with ********* airlines because of the comfort, convenience and free luggage/carry on. When I signed the agreement, nowhere did it state that my returning flight was booked with ******. I DO NOT fly ******! Lack of comfort and excessive fees for everything are non negotiable for me. I now have to pay for carry on and fly back earlier after attending a concert in which I had plan to enjoy and leisurely get ready to come back home.

    TERRIBLE experience! I booked a RT flight. The next day I was told that the return flight could not be confirmed and they tried to increase the price for another flight. I asked them to cancel it since it clearly states in their agency confirmation email, "You may opt to cancel your booking in case updated or alternate option does not work for you." I was told that they had to contact the airline since the first leg of my trip was confirmed with them and it would cost me $45 to cancel. I stated I should not have to pay the fee since they could not provide the flights I requested. The next day I had to call FOUR times to get a cancellation and was told I would receive notification in my email in "15-30 minutes" each time. I never did. They also kept saying I needed to pay $45. Well, I called the airline and THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY RESERVATION for the first leg. I once again called and told them I spoke with the airline and I had no reservation therefore no need to pay $45. I also refused to get off the phone until they sent me a written notification of cancellation from their agency. It took less than 10 seconds. This company is a SCAM. Bait and switch. And good luck trying to cancel.

    Bate and switch advertising. Told to be PATIENT for confirmation. Called back 2 hours later. Endured 25 min. of 'creative' bullying. Encouraged to pay more money since price offered was not available. I refused. After 25 min. they cancelled request. Reporting them to Federal Trade Commission.

    Flight details were in Progress. $261.43 They come back and tell you that there is no room on that Flight and we are moved to standby or can rebook for an additional $1,400 but they can reduce that to $450 standby. We asked them to cancel our request, after a long heated Conversation they will not cancel my request and the Airline may charge us a concelation fee. They ask for a review on trust pilot - turns out they're a scam as well!!!!!!!!

    I discovered Cheapdealsfare.com when I searched for flights going from Philly to Oregon. What attracted me was the discounted price. I started by paying $874.34 for two tickets. But, then they told me that they couldn't actually get those tickets. They offered me two tickets for $1,526.80 with different times and flying with *****. A week before the trip, I called and learned they actually never secured these tickets either. They wanted to change my time, airports, and airlines. My new price was $2,438.80. They claimed they called me to alert me to these issues. My phone records indicated this was a lie. In summary, I cannot recommend or even trust cheapfaredeals.com for the following reasons: 1)Deceptive advertising; 2) Lying to me as the customer; and 3) They refused to honor the prices I was quoted and agreed to (I actually signed a booking confirmation). Customers simply cannot be treated this way. And, if they are treated this way, a company loses business. And, Cheapfaredeals.com lost my business. I will never again trust booking through them!
