If I could give a 0 rating, I would. They are as crooked as they come. Not fully disclosing information about any and all previous damage of a vehicle so that the consumer can make an educated decision to purchase a vehicle is illegal. They have printed Carfax, but only 1 wreck is listed with previous rear damage only(2021). After doing some research, I have come to find that when they purchased the vehicle it had extensive front end damage(2023) from a second wreck, which they DID NOT disclose. Had I known about the second wreck to the front end, I would have never purchased it. They bought the vehicle from an auction for $4,200 to turn around and sell it for $19,000 + interest would be the cost of a brand new vehicle of the same make and model. They are not willing to budge with letting me return the vehicle, stating that the deal is "AS IS". I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.Auto Expo Houston

Dear Ms. *******, Thank you for your feedback. We value all customer reviews and take them very seriously. We would like to clarify that we provided full disclosure of the vehicle's history at the time of purchase. The Carfax report, which you signed, included all known damages, including the front-end damage from 2023. We ensure that all information is transparent so that our customers can make informed decisions. Regarding the pricing, our prices reflect the market value and condition of the vehicle. We strive to offer competitive prices while maintaining the quality and integrity of our vehicles. As per our policy, all sales are final once the contract is funded by the Lender, which was the case with your purchase. We regret that you are unhappy with your purchase, but we have adhered to all legal and ethical standards in this transaction. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Brandon R ****** Sales Manager Auto Expo HoustonKendra J

I visit the dealership with my father to see if Auto Expo was willing to fix my vehicle. My father looked at my paperwork before we agreed to let them fix the mount and A/C and noted that there was NO information detailing the front-end 2023 damage. I am sure the information was slipped in somewhere without my knowledge right before signing. Kirk explicitly pointed at the Carfax before I purchased saying "see there was only ONE accident". Kirk also stated to my father and I "remember when we drove back to the dealership the day you picked it up, and I let go of the steering wheel for a while to show you and your daughter (yes, my 5-year-old was in the vehicle that he admitted to driving recklessly) how good it drives, there wasn't an issue then. Am I right?". The A/C was repaired as well as the cracked motor mount that had a missing bolt before being replaced. The manager Brandon stated that he drove the vehicle himself to a Certified dealership, where a full diagnostic was performed. He stated that he did not notice the vehicle struggling to turn left and right or the grinding noise as I had described to him the week prior. I inquired about what dealership he took it to and if he could produce the results of the diagnostic, to which he could not nor did he state what dealership he took it to, so that I could get the workup he mentioned. Brandon stated that everything on the vehicle was fixed, and it was completely fine to drive. I test drove the vehicle to see if the issue with the back end had been fixed, but it was not. We then drove the vehicle with their in-house mechanic, and he felt and heard the struggle the vehicle displayed (rear differential) when it went forward and in reverse. All he could do was shrug pretending to not know what was wrong with the vehicle. They put the car on a lift and looked underneath it while the tires spun to see if they could locate the issue, to which they had no idea of what the sound was. I left the car at the dealership, because I did not want to further damage the vehicle without knowing what is wrong with it. Before leaving, Brandon threatened to call the lender to tell them if I leave the vehicle there, it would be a voluntary surrender. I called the lender myself and let them know everything, they contacted the dealership and spoke to Brandon, and we concluded that I would attempt fix the car under warranty. I had my insurance pick up the vehicle and take it to a certified dealership. The certified dealership sent me a video explaining that there are A HOST OF ISSSUES WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. The mount that Auto Expo replaced was misaligned, there was a bolt that needed to be on the new mount that they had just “fixed”, it was just sitting on cowl (the shelf of the windshield that the wipers are attached to). Word for word from the certified dealer: "Engine mount is not positioned correctly, and engine components are rubbing together against fan and other components which can cause vibration when driving. Vehicle has been wrecked and has numerous things wrong, recommend fixing mount to reposition engine, but once that is done, certain components can leak or be damaged due to components rubbing and making contact against each other. Repositioning the mount and engine is only a starting point, vehicle may continue to make noise. REAR differential Carrier Assembly Replacement." The front tires on the car when I purchased it were SEVEN years old according to NTB who replaced them ($477.15) and the old, cracked windshield wipers that Kirk (the salesmen) claimed were ALL new. The tires had full tread on them but were dry rotted from sitting up for SEVEN years. They have done everything to blame me for the issues and stated that "the rear making noise is NTB's problem, because they were the last to touch it". NEGATIVE! It started making the noise before NTB even touched it. I called the warranty department to file a claim, which is starting a whole new headache, because they must approve the work. My warranty is still PENDING, because Auto Expo has not called to make the status non-pending, even though they suggest I go through the warranty to get the vehicle fixed. I am nervous that they will deny my claim due to the car being in a previous accident. The cost of the parts needed is $3,226.70 for the differential and $645.88 to fix the mount and move the engine and other components. I am livid; to only have the vehicle for a total of 6 days and it already be in the shop, is absurd. At this point, the car has been in the shop for longer than I have driven it! They never once offered me a rental vehicle because of this inconvenience, and when I asked about a loaner vehicle, they changed the subject. I asked if I could have a different vehicle within the same price range since they have already cashed the check from the lender, they said no trade could be done because the process with this car was already done. I have never in my life experienced anything like this when purchasing or dealing with repairs of a vehicle; to prey on people just to turn things around on them like the customer is at fault is ridiculous. I hope that people see through their lies and deception when considering purchasing any vehicle from this “dealership”.Auto Expo Houston
