  Super sketchy!! I called to find out the price of the 2021 Toyota Highlander they have on their website because no price is listed anywhere. The person I spoke to said there wasn’t a set price, that the price would depend on my paperwork, income, and the amount I would put down. I’ve dealt with some sketchy car salesmen in my life, but never have I heard something so absurd! This is NOT how buying any vehicle, used or new, works! There is ALWAYS a set price and the price doesn’t change, unless the person is putting money down. The salesman couldn’t answer basic questions as to why he would need my info before he could tell me the price of the vehicle. Bogus dealership!

  They rope you in with all these great promises and low down payments with in house insurance but don't tell you til you have already made your down payment that insurance does not include liability coverage and they put a device on your vehicle that keeps your vehicle from starting along with GPS device.they are very misleading and not upfront.they will not work with you on late payments In emergency situations and are very rude.theu screen calls and will not put management on a call to discuss payment arrangements. I would have never bought my car here if I had known about the insurance not including liability and how bad customer service was. I will not purchase another car from them.

  To whom this may concern I bought a vehicle at Shabana Motors owner is Abdual R. They sold me a 2014 Toyota Corolla. I've only had car 3 months it came with a warranty 24,000. I was told anything dealing with the motor they were fixed anything dealing with the electrical I would fix. Which I agree too. So as soon as the car had some issues with the engine mount which is part of the warranty. They told me I'm responsible for getting it fixed and want me to pay $700 for the repairs. I tried to speak with upper management which have been very difficult to be in communication with the right person. They're also supposed to have told me that the car had two recalls on it which makes this decision very difficult because I am a single parent of five children I cannot afford to pay $750 plus my car note and insurance. They don't appreciate the customers and they don't honor their warranty they just sell you any type of car and seem like they give you the runaround from you trying to get things fixed. The owner should be ashamed of his stuff for being a part of Houston knowing I was struggle over 40 years and selling cars to people and ripping them off I think it's a bit ridiculous. Buyer beware please do not go to Shabana Motors to get a vehicle they will rip you off and not honor their warranty for the vehicle you'll be left stuck with a vehicle you can not drive and a repair you can't afford to repair. Shabana Motors thrives on being a part of the community for 40 years but I don't see how they can continue to sell cars and don't honor everything it stand for this is my second time buying a vehicle the first time was okay the second time I wish I would have took my money elsewhere.
