    The company sold me a salvage vehicle that I’m paying almost 40k for and it’s only worth 11k. I can’t even get out of the contract if I wanted to. I called the dealership and the manager tried over talking me and also hung up on my face when I asked for a corporate number since they are corporately owned.

First, we want to clarify that the vehicle in question does not have a salvage title. At the time of purchase, we provided a ****** report to you, which clearly indicated the vehicle had a total loss designation due to hail damage only. Additionally, you signed a disclosure statement acknowledging the prior hail damage. It is important to emphasize that all the hail damage has since been repaired, and the vehicle's title remains clean, without any salvage branding. The total loss designation on the Carfax report was due to the insurance company’s decision based on repair logistics, not because of any damage affecting the vehicle’s safety, structural integrity, or powertrain. As stated at the time of sale, this was purely cosmetic damage, which has been fully addressed. We take great care in ensuring transparency with our customers, which is why we provided all the relevant documentation, including the Carfax report and the signed hail damage disclosure. If you are unhappy with the vehicle, we would be more than happy to allow you to trade the vehicle back into us, as we are familiar with the prior damage and can confirm that it does not affect the vehicle’s integrity or performance. If you have any further questions or concerns, we are more than happy to discuss them with you.
