5 starsCalled for service. System not working. Discovered no power. Split wire. Quickly Fixed that and checked out system. Went over maintenance done today and what will be needed next. She demonstrated and educated us on our water. After the whole demo she seemed as part of the family. We bought a Generac home generator from this company in Feb/March2024. We had no problem with the installation. The technician at that time warned us that the unit had a special oil needed for a new engine and if the generator ran a significant amount of time, a technician would need to change the oil to a maintenance kind. After Hurricane *****, the generator ran for 3 days . We waited a few weeks for the hurricane recovery to calm down and tried to contact Quality about replacing the oil in the unit. We called multiply times but were not able to speak with anyone about the issue and were consistently sent to voicemail that were never returned. We tried off and on over several months with the same results. Finally, a technician contacted us today and said it would be serviced today (12 months after installation). We were given no prior notification of the appointment and no time frame of arrival. The technician stated that the unit was completely out of oil ! It runs weekly and on occasion when there is a short electrical outage. My concern is that the unit may be damaged running with little to no oil. Would not recommend this company for poor follow up service to their products.

After Hurricane *****, every unit needed servicing and without indication of any issues, regular oil changes got pushed back until a later date. The unit itself will shut off if it senses an issue and prior to any damage being done. If we notice anything out of the ordinary while there we will make the repairs as part of your warranty and service contract.
